I'm the opposite to you, my job is Customer Service BUT only by phone, I'm absolutely fine, can chat away, solve queries, friendly etc but put me face to face and I'm just a nervous wreck 😭. Did you go on your holiday then Sophie or was that changed, I know you said in your recent video Simon was going away. We are due to fly to Tenerife in May, fingers crossed it goes aheadxxxxx
