Product Development, you are talking about making changes to an existing product, could it also mean coming up with different product example healthy beverages.
Pepijn Schoemaker so can’t I pick both competitive as cost and growth strategy like Market penetrating Sorry I am little confused in this as I feel I can do both I mean I can both pick one from porter and one from Ansoof
@@hamdybadr1256 there is an exeption indeed with Ansoff. But as I explain it is not as durable as Porter or T&W... Zo short term Ansoff and after Porter or T&W for long term...
Vritti B I can not answer that like that. Ansoff is no analysis tool, it's to formulate a strategy. Furthermore models are tools to find answers. You have to first understand them and then think: 'he, I could use this model to find my answer!' For instance, if your case is if a sector is attractive or not, then you might want to use the 5 Forces model of Porter. But first study the model to know what you can use. And never use a model as a goal of it's own. Use it as a tool to reach a goal... Good luck!

Do you have a video on Boston's matrix ?
Which one?
I guess you mean BCG? Answer is: yes
on marketing strategies using Boston's matrix/ Product planning
which matrix would u recommend using for sector analysis i.e. when analysing the real estate sector in India?
