For some reason this video had several audio glitches, particularly with my voice cutting out for a word or syllable. I cut out the worse parts, but unfortunately couldn't fix every instance of this happening. Regardless, I hope you guys enjoyed the first episode! It was a bit shorter than my usual episode 1, but we also made it much further in the calendar than we usually do.
Happy to see this. I've had Victoria 3 for awhile but never really got into it. So I'm hoping I'll learn enough to give it another shot I love your vids......especially for rookies they're very instructive.
Looks like meats back on the menu boys! Hope your foray into the Ottoman empire's holdings goes well, would love to see you force a culture switch on them if its possible on this game. I think that would be a suitably "Russian" thing to do. :D
I haven't done a dedicated tutorial video, but my earlier series would work as beginner guide Let's Plays, particularly the US and Japan ones. However, the game has changed so much over the last year that those series are out-of-date, so not as helpful as they once were.
The game has been vastly improved since launch in almost all areas. The economy, military, and diplomacy are all much better, though the politics are still too simple IMO. It's still not everything I want it to be, and it's particularly lacking the flavor content that makes each country feel unique, however it's significantly more enjoyable to play and it keeps getting better, so I feel optimistic that the devs are on the right track.

Keep the Tsar in power
That's the plan :)
Got to love let's plays where everything that can go wrong will go wrong
Seems to usually be the case lol, but I suppose the extra challenge adds to the fun :D
I like this format, a guide for new player as well as some history lesson
Glad you liked it :)
Hey its been a while since I've watched one of your vids, hope you are doing well I'll definitely give this series a watch :)
I've been good, just extremely busy with my kids going back to school. Hope you've well too, and that you enjoy the series :)

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's possible to force them to change their primary culture.
Based Russia game play question mark
Inthink you exported wine instead of importing it?
Great content
Thanks :)
Do you have a tutorial video for Victoria 3 as I own it for a long time at this point but still not worked out how to play it.

I bought the game on release but have been waiting for it to improve. Is it almost ready do you think?
