    Hey sensei , at 1.48 you said ”すきすぎる” does it mean love to much or love so much? I guess "すぎる" add some negative perspective?

      It means "love too much". Not necessarily a negative perspective though. People sometimes use it when they mean like "more than they think it normal"

    For 3.今年の夏は暑すぎた。 could this also be the answer この夏は暑すぎかった。? Second question which form do you see more this すぎる or 過ぎる in written Japanese ?

      In your example sentence この夏 is fine but you cannot say すぎかった, the past form conjugation is すぎた。I think in written Japanese 過ぎる is more common.
