- Let's install some brand spankin' new PINND 155mm ebike cranks and RevGrip Pro Series orange grips.
Look, I'm not a pro mechanic. I've just messed around enough and I've worked on my own bikes through the years so much that I have learned a few things and can pretty much do whatever I need to on a bike without paying a bike shop. With that said, I still make mistakes, or don't think ahead enough, or confuse techniques like when installing new cranks or putting on pedals. I always figure it out though. I've never had to bail on a repair/install and take a bike to a shop to fix my screw up. I guess that's my superpower.
So This is going to be a series for me. I'm constantly fiddling on bikes so may as well record it and shove it down y'alls throats, right?

NOTE: The Revgrips install was awkward because the GoPro kept overheating and shutting off. I was getting frustrated with that and then tried to hurry which caused me to repeatedly drop the hex wrench, put them on wrong, and other things. It's cut up a lot because of this which makes it look really disjointed. I've had numerous sets of RevGrips and have the install procedure down to a science, but everything going wrong with the production side really got me out of whack.

Dude, awesome video and install! Party hat 2024 bringing the heat! Those pinn cranks look minty 👌 I think you will enjoy the extra clearance and probably power. Excellent knowledge on everything, description, end was classic! Rev grips just polish it up! Too much bike know how, should be the teaching some classes on this, well done sir 👍

I switched over to oury grips with two locking rings. Rubber composition is perfect balance of squishy vs firm. Priced fairly, come in a range of colors, look good, too.
I've used Oury in the past and liked them a lot. They last forever too.
now I understand why you bought so short cranks. Interesting! Your bike cave is big - I wish I had such a big one.

Love them so far! No pedal strikes at all. They haven't come loose like the e13's did every other ride.
