Pretty sure this is the first time I’ve seen a GA house with all stucco, looks like it came straight out of a neighborhood in Davie or Coral Springs FL.
I *really* like that you show driving from the entrance of the neighborhoods all the way to the house!! To me the surrounding neighborhood is as important if not more important than the house itself and yet almost no agents/brokers include that footage in videos.
If you mount a GoPro (something wide angle) on the hood/roof of your car pointed straight ahead I think it would take the drive tour up a notch. Really enjoy seeing your work, you do a great job giving tours of areas and showcasing properties, plus I love your chill jazz music selections.

No theater room, no backyard❤no bells and whistles at all.
This beautiful home rises to the level of classic elegance, that we use to see in older style homes of the 40s. The fact that it is modestly furnished and with neutral colors, allows one to observe the very ecclectic and artistic nuance inherently in the home. it is comfortable and the only home I have seen recently that would have allowed me to accept a home that is on one leve. I love everything about it. Thank you for showing us this wonderful edifice.

Beautifully bright with a lot of natural light! There appears to be a lot of wasted square footage with the flex areas. That space could have been used to make the kitchen bigger. It needs more counter top space and why would anyone feel that a kitchen does not a pantry. Thanks for sharing.

a this is a gorgeous home and the price is fabulous!!! A home like this would run well over a million dollars here in NJ. If I was relocating to Georgia, I would buy this home outright.
Price is fair given all the woodwork that will need to be updated. Baseboards are substandard for the profile of the home. This home requires a minimum of 6" but preferably 12". With the price of wood these days, it will cost 15K.

I love the exterior design of home but Disappointed kitchen shown with black appliances and missing stainless steel refrigerator,neighbor house too close,bedrooms too small for price point in my opinion.Master bedroom styled eloquently with coiffured ceiling and en-suite nice. Windows throughout home are stylish. Bedrooms & closets small.
Not enough cabinet space and no pantry I also see one would have to lay grass and seed the back yard

Not liking the price nor the zero lot line. Exterior staircase from the garage to the glass door that leads into the shared living/dining is a concern. Lack of privacy!

Walls. This home is not suited for an open floor plan. The dining room is too small. The living room should be an office smaller; The dining room needs to be larger, taking four feet from the office. The home's value is under $125,000.00 because of all the needed improvements. Stained-grass windows throughout the home would raise the value from $175,000.00 to as much as $250,000.00. Install A Dombell elevator to the larger space room making that the formal dining room; raising the price to as much as $300,000.00++.
