Amit jee, whatever you have said about future price is still a very conservative figure and I vouch for ur statement. I am holding all my assets on dwk exp from past 6-7 years and paying huge EMI but still holding as things will go upside down in terms of prices very soon which has already started happening. I am not only watching/studying prices on dwk exp but also few other cities in India and abroad wherever I am invested. Dwk exp properties are still very very lucrative for buyers. The prices will get doubled in a much shorter period than anyone’s imagination. It is always population which pulls everything towards itself including politicians, infra, spending of people and gov, investment in that area etc. Dwk exp is going to have more than 25% population of Gurugram very soon. This itself explain the future of real estate and everything on dwk exp. Hence u r right to say “do not sell for atleast 5 years”.
