Sir staying in dwarka is much better and planned as compared to gurgaon. Lots of dda parks nearby . Facilities available are quite good although premium societies do not exist here..

The roads in gurgaon in residential area are pathetic. Bumper road mein speed brakers hein. See aardee city and sushant lok. Water logging is too much. Residents had closed all drainage therefore rain water keep on logging. After rain dust is too much because of kachchi roads. It is pathetic then rural roads. Only option is society flats but roads are still not for cars. Only thing is you can take walk within the society. Our life's are only to vote for some 100 people so that they get Power and enjoy life.

Dushyant charade was about to make, I sent a Twitter to Amit Shah that this pension will be the highest among India & will inspire migration of population from Other low pension states to Haryana. I don,t know thereafter there was no news on this topic.I agree these Welfare schemes increase migration from poor states to Developed states, cities. & convert these cities to slum.
Its impossible to leave Delhi for Noida or Gurgaon, if you have enough money under your ass. And its impossible to settle down in Delhi if you dont have enough money.
I have stayed in delhi since birth in various places, model town, pitampura and many sectors of dwarka Shifted to gurgaon in Apr 2021,I think it was one of best decision I took, as all daily needs and utilities and rent charges are comparatively same or even low in some cases But one thing I want to highlight - School fees is actually low in Delhi and much more managed correctly in respect to gurgaon My preference - Stay in gurgaon in a good society on rent, u will feel the diff in ur lifestyle and invest in DDJAY or affordable
