Thanks for your review and sharing your results. I have started the Golf 4 Ever program by Justin Leonard and Scotty Scheffler as two of the PGA endorsers. I have lost almost 8 lbs. You might want to look into that at one of your reviews. I highly recommend it and can be done at home and they have a swing trainer you can attach with a resistance band and do your workouts.
You're welcome. I have been watching Scotty's workouts on instagram and have been on the fence about trying it. Way to go on loosing weight. Keep me updated on your progress.
So I completed my foundation 18th session. Full disclosure last summer I started getting golf elbow so I stopped the speed stick training. My average before elbow issue was about 106. On a good day I could see 112-115. So I knew I lost quite a bit of speed. First session with the stack I was 97 mph. Now I’m back above my average at 108. I’m a happy 45 year old boy.
So I did my 2nd full speed spectrum program. Hit 114mph. Doing the cruiser program now. Still hitting around 113. What’s really cool on trackman I’m swinging what feels like 50-60% speed and I’m getting 106 ish club head speed. Finding the sweet spot carrying 275+
That's what I'm talking about Meezel!!! Keep up the work. So glad your getting results and posting them here. Still have people doubting that this club works. LETS GOOOOO!!!!
Great news!! Thanks for the feedback. Results seem impossible but it’s real. Let me know what your gains are after the first program. Keep it up Meezel.
@@ChasingTheTour will do. I’m excited . I had the super speed sticks before and I think those work. But not as easy to keep a routine going like this stack is. Will check back in in a few weeks. Subbing to your channel as well. Keep up the good work.
Great review of the swing caddie 200 plus. Definitely got me interested in getting it. As i read that it has a limit to detecting driving swing speed of less than 100 mph and driving distance of less than 275 yds and this was my concern. However watching your video gave me the confidence that the limit might be much higher?
That's a fabulous question to ask. It has read swing speeds in my last session of 116 recently. What I did notice with using it inside, the swing speed is slightly slower as well as the total distance is closer to my carry. Outside it's much closer to reality as you see in my video. The practice swing mode works fabulous and calls out the time, so the app takes care of everything. Thanks for watching.
Ok. Question. Do you think the swing caddie loses accuracy after 5 or 6 years? Reason I ask when I first got it I put it next to trackman and it was with 1 mph. But last week when my instructor had me on trackman the swing caddie sometimes was way off. Like trackman is 99 and swing caddie 92. Also my swing speed is 99 to 103 and the most carry I get is 252 on the 103. I know it’s because of path and launch angle which is what we are working on. Also my swing caddie doesn’t give me just swing speed. Should I get the plus?
I really don't think it will get worse. The thing to check is to make sure it's right at 4 feet back from the ball. I use SkyTrak and it's within 4 mph of it. I do trust it more than SkyTrak based on the numbers and how it feels. I also trust it based on having it at the driving range. On the swing speed, your numbers of 99 and 252 make sense. You'll get that worked out by fixing your launch angle. Good job on getting an instructor to help. If you don't have the plus, you won't get the reading. The way the system works is the Stack System app has access to your mic and listens for swing numbers. This is how it registers the speed. If your Swing Caddie gives you the number, you can say the number out loud yourself and it still works. Keep me updated on your progress.
@@ChasingTheTour will the system work with the voice caddie SC300i? I really need the launch angle to sort out my distance issue. Also the swing caddie I have now only says the carry distance out loud.
Another subscriber mentioned he reached out to the maker of Voice Caddie and they said the SC300i wouldn't work. The device you choose has to read the swing speed out loud for the mic on your phone to pick it up while training with the app. I'm very happy with my SC200plus and actually surprised at the accuracy.
Hi! Watched the video around 5 times. How did you manage to translate your air swing speed to your on course speed? I am able to air swing around 114 MPH but when there is a ball, it drops to 101 MPH
Can you me more information? What are you using to measure swing speed. Where are you doing the swings at? Are you using the Stack system for testing and your eSpeed is 114? Sorry for so many questions.
@@ChasingTheTour hi yes! I’m using prgr. The e speed is 114 and I can air swing my driver at 114 without a ball. I’m doing the stack system same as you! I wanted to ask for tips on transferring this speed to the course. When I hit on the range I seem to be only able to get up to 100 MPH (although admittedly the ball seems further than pre stack)
Thanks for responding. That's exactly what I needed. Here is what I would do. Go to the range with your speed reader. First and foremost, warm up with a 7 iron for a bit until you feel loose. I would then load up with 195 grams and swing 5 swings with that and see where you are registering. Then switch to the driver and swing the same way as if you were using the Stack System. Then go back. If you can record the swings with the Stack as well as the driver and see if it looks different. Swinging faster can be a bigger mindset shift than anything. You have to trick your brain into swinging faster. The good news is the speed is there for you. That's a speed that will get you to the 300 yard range easily. IM me on instagram if you are struggling with it and I'll help you more if you cant see the speed. I remember when I recorded that video and I hit the 116 mph I was actually caught of guard that I was that fast. Lets get you there as well.
@@ChasingTheTour hi! Wow I’m very very appreciative for your long and detailed reply. Technology/social media is truly wonderful. Well I went back to the range. Did an air swing and registered 110 and immediately tried hitting a ball managed to get around 106. I noticed that my swing was much shorter with a ball in front of me. I think it was my body’s way of naturally throttling my speed so that I would make better contact. I think I either have to be able to air swing 120 mph to get 110 mph swing with a ball in front of me. Or drastically alter my on course swing to be like my stack system swing (I noticed a lower smash factor with this)
You got it. I want to make sure that you have the same success as I have had. You have to remember that the eSpeed is a calculation on your max speed. You also have to remember the Stack is to work as a workout tool as well as a tool to get your body to swing faster. Another key is to do a program at least every couple months to slightly increase and maintain. It's just like lifting weights. Also be sure to watch this QTT on driver setup ua-cam.com/video/cKKPKtUDNh8/v-deo.html. Your full extension will be past the ball. Be sure you are hitting the ball on the upswing. Reach out with your updates on speed. You are well ahead of most golfers already. It will be exciting to see how fast you can get.
It's hard for me to not say yes, but I haven't used that system so it's not fair of me to say absolutely based on my results. I think the big difference that drew me in is the app that makes adjustment to your training based on your previous workouts. And it doesn't stop after the first workout. I'm going to be putting out more content as I continue to use the Stack System.
Those results are from doing the Foundation program which was 18 sessions. Each session is every other day. With my work travel, it took about 50 days.
Awesome results. You mentioned that you did not do any other training for speed improvements which just makes the results even better for time dedicated. Just want to know...Did you go to the range regularly or play numerous weekly rounds during your training period with the Stack? Hoping to set up a schedule to try and get similar results.... hope to hear from you.
Looking back at my golf app, I played 3 rounds. Had to take a 2-week break for surgery and 1 week off for travel. I didn't work out. I didn't do any other swing training. And I didn't go to the range. I probably had 5 or 6 sessions on the SkyTrak, but I really wasn't doing anything but Stack System. Check back in with your results or questions you have.

Has this degraded your consistency at all when playing out on the course? That's what I'm worried about. I play at a 5 handicap and I heard that speed training can ruin your conssitency.
No. I’m more consistent in my direction. The only issue is now that I hit it farther, it goes further in the wrong direction. But it’s not left and right. I originally thought that as well after seeing Rory’s comments on how chasing speed hurt him. However, he’s already swinging faster than we could ever hope. This is one of the best training aids I have ever used.
@@ChasingTheTour I'm still debating if the price mark is justifiable for me. It seems very portable, which is a plus. But isn't it basically the same as a speed stick (with 3 different shafts and weights)?
Great question!! The idea is the same, but the big difference is the app. With speed sticks, you have some videos on UA-cam about how to train with them. Where The Stack System shines is the app. It actually has an algorithm than changes based on your last work out to train you in the most efficient way. Transitioning between heavy to light to medium weight and back again. I'm never going to bring up a UA-cam video to train if I had the Speed Sticks. With the app, it has a reminder for me when it's time for a workout. I need that extra reminder to do it with a busy life. You also see so many people with the Orange Swing trainer for warming up. You can easily put the weights in the pocket and the Stack in your bag. It does great at helping you warm up for your round. It even has a special program for warming up before your round.
