I've been here for 20 years and you take a big chance taking a two wheel drive in the back country. Next time just hook up the four wheeler with a guy sitting on the front rack and it would help drag up the pick em up truck up that hill.
No sir Officer. Me and the guy in that part of video don’t even have a tag. We was scouting for our buddy who had tag and was not even on that mountain at that time. We cut through wilderness to get to another piece.
@@bryonpreciado8090 Let me guess.... your one of those elk hunters that spends $450 on a pair of boots for hunting and your ass never leaves the comfort of the seat of some kind of vehicle.. you must be the expert...
Good video. Great trip with a great bunch of guys. Have to say very successful.

I love the old school TreeBark camo!
I never wore camo, just no stink spray and orange vest
Good video. The camera man could do this for a living. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
The key to pre hunting is ....do not spook'em......?
Good stuff
Did you hunt that wilderness? Because you're only allowed as a non resident to hunt it with an outfitter or resident guide

Or a nice set of chains will do the trick.
A sleek heal??? ....gorsh...lol
Elk can hear the common sound of a 4 wheeler for miles.... and shortly after that... they put on miles to get away from the sound of the 4 wheeler...
I disagree with the four wheeler noise running off elk.
If that's true than why do people mow them down with a car?
@Jeffrey Mosser Do some research about 4 wheelers and elk. Let me guess you live back east.
