My favourite valuation course on the internet is the free Valuation course by Aswath Damodaran here: bit.ly/3r5ktG0 While it focuses on public valuation, I think it definitely helps understand the concepts. If you prefer a book, I would look at the book called "Valuation" by McKinsey. I think it also covers the main concepts very well.
