It’s your Wi-Fi’s firewall. You need to disable it so the update can continue uninterrupted. Same thing was happening with my steam deck when I first got it. It would not update and kept looping. I then disabled firewall and it worked.
Idk why I’m having a problem I had my iPhone connected to another iPhone I disconnected it then try to connect it to my other phone and it always pause i tried everything and it don’t do anything
