I love that even though it’s a studio apartment, the kitchen is in its own little “room” so the bed isn’t next to the kitchen. It’s definitely a great place and one of the best studios I’ve ever seen 🤍
thank you so much! that was one of the things i tried to do, keep the bed as far away from the kitchen as possible. although with this layout, i see how putting the head of the bed against the wall where the tv is would have been a cozy choice too!
The decor of neutrals (whites, creams, beiges, ecrus) along with pastels (pinks basically), and especially the metallics (yellow gold and rose gold) nicely put and placed together. That neon sign on the back wall of the bed/sleeping area is very nice too. Really liked this one!
I Love when people Zoom, because I can be Nosy and see what they’re reading and their paintings. This is another awesome small apartment that’s so creative and beautiful!
Very well organized space. Each activity area is well divided, without using the unattractive space dividers, which would also block the precious light. White walls, with just enough wall paper, let the space breathe and reflect the light. The scale of the furniture is great too. 👍
Idk what that little Capricorn sprite majored in @ BU, but she sure knows how to hold your attention while giving an apt tour! I would still be sleeping on that 4' wide sofa trying to figure out how to decorate that space. She also knew a lot of decor lingo: "mixed metals, natural light, and vertical hanging". I've watched 200 million hours of HGTV and still don't know how to hang a painting on the wall.
Beautiful!!! I live in Idaho and just visited New York for the first time with my sons for summer vacation. We had a fabulous time and loved the excitement of the city. It was hard to come home 😁
Thank you!! I considered a room divider, but wanted that sunlight to come through the whole space. But why hide the knives if I could have protection weapons so easily accessible? ;)
From a feng shui perspective, even though the desk is “facing the opportunities” it looks like your back would be towards the door which could result in poor concentration. I’d consider perhaps rotating the desk 90° so that you can see the door but still have the window in your view too!
Interesting perspective! I used to have the desk that way initially but didn't like having my bed in the background. I've since moved out of this apartment and in my new apartment my back isn't to the door!
Cute place! It’s just a little funny that they asked where the kitchen and bath were. It’s a 350sqft apartment. They passed by the kitchen and bath when they entered the apartment.
Absolutely! The brand is Convenience Concepts and I purchased it from Amazon-- www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CL8B1GJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Does it feel familiar to anyone? There is a girl on YT who teaches us all about the studio apartment qnd hers is almost identical to this girl's studio.. i cannot remember the YT channel... her apartment was very moody and themed around her music.. anyone remember? She has simce moved in with her boyfrirnd...
hi! when i signed this lease back in may 2021, it was $1,600/month :) it went up to $2,295 at the one-year renewal, but i ended up moving to a bigger unit in the same building since my partner and i moved in together! i believe the new tenant pays $2,695 as that was what it was listed on market for.
Watching this videos I am convinced I would have to make atleast 100K to afford Manhattan south of Central Park. Longtime manhattanites, was it always like this or was there a time a normal working class person could afford lower and midtown Manhattan?
Minimum! I make that and live in a country town in New Zealand, and it’s just enough for me to live comfortably… no way could I afford to live comfortably in NYC on that.
yeah, this must be the place is an iconic song by new wave icons the Talking Heads..... it's not just a quote you saw at a brewery any gen x cool kid, would have immediately thought the neon sign was cool for an entirely different reason..... it's an iconic prolific piece of art.......this must be the place (naive melody) by David Bryne and the Talking heads its actually about finding a place within yourself to be comfortable and meeting another like-minded soul that feels like home...I am mean I am glad you like it and it's a cool sign (neon is also a nod to gen x 60s design) but I just think the actual art and history of the reason it is a quote in neon should be honored and yes I am being a music snob and I am fine with that......and before you come for me ......posting something publically invites others knowledge on subjects just saying
Why do we only get a tiny glimpse of the kitchen and bathroom? With the camera moving way too fast? I find that so irritating, and it is often the case in these types of videos. Stop calling it an apartment tour if it is not. Call it the great room tour, or whatever it really is.
Very pretty apartment. I have to turn the sound off for these videos as that woman in the leopard print dress drives me absolutely nuts, but a decent enough tour for all that.

me too i love this
I love how the space is organized! It looks way more spacious than 350 square feet. Love this so much!
Doesn't it though?! Great organization and furniture choices.

Thank you for your continued support, Diane, we love showing these beautiful spaces!
Can you imagine opening your apartment door and seeing talia’s bubbly beautiful face 😀 she is just amazing for this show 👏🏾❤️👏🏾

Your studio is absolutely beautiful ! You have great decor skills !
Thank you so much!
I really loved this video!👍🏻❤️
Really loved this studio’s layout. In case I had to dress a studio,I would try to emulate something similar
thank you!!
Such a breath of fresh air

agreed
She is good! The space is real and liveable and Our Miss T. Has an interview that is fun and useful. Thank you both.

Geneve is the best!
This made my day 🥺 Thank you!!!

Aw, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay!! Come back again soon :)
Nice pic Talia..Great style, and lighting...A room divider is maybe something to think about, between bed/couch...Also,I'd hide the knives for sure!
Thank you!! I considered a room divider, but wanted that sunlight to come through the whole space. But why hide the knives if I could have protection weapons so easily accessible? ;)
Sheer drapes to the floor on a wire will work.
This is an amazing and beautiful studio space! Love it!!
Calm space I love
We do toooo
Really cute apartment!

@@genevelau936 Fair enough! Hope your new desk position is working for you and accumulating that productive energy ^^
Whoa! I love how she hung her knives! That’s so creative. I hate knife blocks lol they take up so much space
The different areas are decorated beautifully.
Lovin’ your apartment AND its arrangement.
Thank you!
Beautiful!
Thank you!!
I love her jeans. Those are my go to jeans when I want to be super comfortable. The apt was great. My apt is smaller than her's.
Thank you!! They are J.W. Pei and a smidge too long when I'm wearing them inside with slippers but just perfect with some boots or sneakers!
It's a shame we didn't get to see bathroom and kitchen..but I do like her style...
Gorgeous apartment !🤗💖
Thank you!
Thank you!!

Nice! Where is you soda from? Comfortable?

VERY COOL PLACE XOXO
Cool 😎 apartment!
Me encantó
Cool apartment 👍
Nice 👌
What size is the bed
I like way she used couch to separate bedroom area.
Add the same wallpaper to the wall the TV is on.
Good idea!
Beautifully done! Can you please give a source for your awesome coffee table?

Not only is this a beautiful apartment - My girl has a wand on the wall - she's alright! 😂
HAHAH, you know it! As a major Potterhead it was actually my first time visiting Universal in Orlando last year (where the wand was purchased)
Kitchen?
Cute place what’s the rent?

Please do a better job and taking time to show the full kitchen and a full bathroom.
Is part of the apartment.
You need Alexandra Gater
yikes.... thought i did a good job. but alexandra was one of my inspirations--i've been watching her for years!
Nice place. That ashtray looks like a lady part
HAHAHAHAH. too funny
Out of all of the small space apartment videos, this one sucks the most. She should've hired someone else to do the design.
cute apartment. I'm not sure why Talia was pretending it was so incredible when she visits multi million dollar homes. Fake expression.
because it's cute and creative!
Very cute apartment with such a spacious feeling. 💗
Love it
