Thanks for checking out RANDOM. There is a FL studio setting change to get rid of that static you heard. Please turn on the ‘Use fixed size buffers’ option in the ‘Troubleshooting’ tab of the plugin settings. Thanks again!
Just bought it. Thanks for that tip BeatSurfing. I also use FL studio. Definitely going to be sampling this in Edison, chopping it up and getting weird.
You can definitely get some good leads and pads out of this, based other people videos. You got to sample it out it seems. This is definitely not trying to be just another synth, rather it aims to simplify a complex & lengthy sound design. . in my opinion is definitely worth of $50.
I'm copping it. I just COPPED a 30 dollars drum kit from my friend that means I can def get this. Imma go crazy wit it too. It reminds me of SOPHIE. RIP Sophie
It is just a multiFX plugin, but you can't change the stock sounds. After a while of many people using this, it will just turn into the case of public sample libraries. You won't be different, if that is what you are going for, in a few months. My biggest question is what is your CPU usage running at? I know that they are using their "Neural Network" to synthesize their sounds. This isn't for my use as I prefer to build everything I can from scratch. I am however writing a brutally honest review on this plugin, so thank you for letting me peek into the next generation of sounding like everyone else.
lol this ish not for hip hop producers, beat nerds are gonna cream their pants for this tho a la gas lamp killer, lorn, autechre, glitch mob, prefuse, jpegmafia types
@@johnsutphin9400 Not seeing it. For something that doesn't have much control under the hood (something "beat nerds" love), a lot of the sounds just resemble Ableton's "Collision" ran through some really harsh distortion. Cycling through the base engines and "random" button rarely hit anything inspiring. You're basically paying for a UI, something that's easy to market, and great producers will pick up on that. Resampling, pitch automations and controlled distortion will get you a useable pallet just as quick as these dice rolls.

Thanks for the info!
Will do

dope stuff! hoping to use it for film scoring!
It is an 808.. Its an 808 snare.
The equipment used to generate that snare is an 808. The 808 snare comes from the 808 hardware (originally)
Excellent info! Appreciated
Pass the license to me 🤣 I’ll make some heat with that

Shortcuts.
This has to be the funniest plug in I've ever seen hahahah
lol, the others ones they have are more useful
@@HollywoodFLOSS1 It is just a multiFX plugin with stock samples you can't change.
For hiphop not very good but i can definitely hear this being useful for drum and bass and dubstep
I’m tryna get good sounds out of this thing. It’s a good concept but it kinda sucks right now
Yea, the sounds are hard to come by
@@HollywoodFLOSS1 Unless you make them yourself.

Is this worth having if i already have Synplant2? Doesn't seem like it
No
Those who dont like this really understand how to use this… this is geared towards experimental producers and sound designers
Nah, not for $100 or even $50. Nice UI, though.
UI is 🔥

Naw “Floss” dat ain’t it G.
The other VST Lunchtable is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Cool design, but all in all completele useless in my opinion
✅
Rondom is for those lazy producers who are too lazy to learn Max or Pure Data. It’s too overrated.
probs the worst video ive seen of this. its genre specific and this doesn't suit what you do at all bro.
Sounds horrible.
This one is a huge NO for me.
