    Absolutely Mao, indie game developers are pivotal in shaping the gaming landscape. There are truly remarkable 'hidden gems' out there already, waiting to be discovered. However, the primary hurdle often boils down to financial resources. It's nearly impossible to compete with AAA companies in terms of marketing and exposure. Nowadays, achieving virality is a combination of monetary investment and sheer luck, with the scales tipping at around 70/30. The industry giants must be willing to take risks and explore new narratives, understanding that not every venture will yield the blockbuster success of an Assassin's Creed series. Furthermore, I believe that if the primary goal is solely profit-driven, failure is almost inevitable. Conversely, when the focus shifts to creating an engaging, entertaining experience for players, success becomes more organic, with financial gains following suit in due course.
