See for the flapper lens cover, you can get very small stick on magnets and backing they are very firm and hold the covers open nicely
Hi I own a merger XP50 LRF it does have a problem flashing red only when terns on . How can I fix it please.

Nice summary.. I’ve had my Merger’s for about the same time over my Accolade 2’s and they definitely are better and superior clarity. I’m not sure if it is a option, but my APS battery definitely discharges first, over the internal battery. So maybe you want to look into that?
I sorted it now 👍🏻 had fluff in the terminal 🤦🏻♂️
Great and thorough review mate 👍Unfortunately my brand new copy of the Merger is a ‘piece of junk’. Bad grainy stripy imaging and poor resolution of animals in the field, even compared to my old Hikmicro OWL OH35, which I sold to fund the Merger. It appears that the calibration is not working properly. Disappointing for such an expensive and glamorously advertised cam. Inquiring about the issue with Yukon/Pulsar gives me standard and hurried replies, about the next update and stuff. They didn’t elaborate on the issue at all. My dealer is now looking for a solution. Meanwhile I have the Helion 2 pro to borrow. This does have a better image and the cap mechanism is indeed better than on the Merger. Ergonomically the Merger is better, as is the use of the functions. Still, I am missing the combined colour (orange to purple) on other thermal imagers, like Hik; which is great for observing bats for instance.

Are your merger’s the LX model?
Hello thanks for your comment, they are the XP model but he now owns the XL.

I do have a merger XP50 LRF.and it flashes red only does not show any things. Please let me know what to do to fix it
