Hey Josh I live in Bangladesh and there is no sort of AP or IP do these exams really matter. Do you think SAT ,SAT subject test , GPA and extra curricular activities will work for me to get into top 100 schools in USA?

Definitely focus of getting a high sat score (1500+ but dont fret if you get in the mid 1400s) and high subject test scores based on your major. Perhaps most importantly, develop great extracurriculars in things you are passionate about and you should be fine
