Imagine another flat where Tracey’s arch nemesis Stacey lives. I imagine it’s right above Tracey’s flat and the reason they hate each other is that Stacey and her teenage daughter won’t stop blasting classical music just to annoy them. Stacey is a proper posh lady who is living in the council in protest against her husband who has been seeing a mistress. She took her teenage daughter with her who has a crush on Callum. She used to date him until Callum broke it off once he started to realise his sexuality.
When Aden's only a few families in but the lore is deeper than all of the sims 👀 Seriously though, you're freaking hilarious! I love this series and all the attention you put into your builds. (Also can't wait for the next ASMR spa build. I died)

The person who first had the idea of building the complex had a great family friendly building in mind and wanted to see happy families grow there. However, the wave of residents that came in - although not what he expected- had enough to bring life to this place that had been shut down once or twice because of mice. lol the whole thing sounds terrible. 🤷🏼♀️

I’ve been dealing with some depression and social anxiety ever since I became pregnant and though, I absolutely love my baby, it’s been hard on me, mentally and psychologically. I love Tracey and Callum, I feel like I know people just like them, these character stories are so fun haha. Kind of imagine them wanting/getting a dog like a rotty/ boxer/ husky that is an absolute sweetheart with a really cute name and Callum likes to put it in leather collars and harnesses to make it look hard on walks when really it would never hurt a fly
Tracy is burning incense 24/7 and Beryl is convinced she's smoking something shady, she's always getting on Tracy's case. Tracy has shown her and explained it multiple times but Beryl KNOWS that smell couldn't come from anything good.
Beryl and Callum may appear to despise each other, but I can see her leaving a tray of biscuits on her windowsill for him when she sees he's having a crisis
I just love how much thought you put in those characters ❤️ And that they aren't these perfect polished Sims every other UA-camr seems to create... It just very refreshing ❤️

My wifi has been dodgy for days which has made watching YT much more difficult, so every time you pause after saying 'apartment' instead of 'flat' I always think the video is buffering! You need thermostats in the flats. You mentioned the mom wanting to keep their flat cooler in winter and Callum is burning up with the heat right now. We are all going to go through withdrawals when you go back to work! @@DevonBumpkin If the corner counter is free of clutter and the only usable space for cooking, they will. But if they have a normal counter available also, they will use the normal one. Thats my experience... But, it doesnt really matter anyways! :)

The neighbourhood councils will be interesting... 😂 It reminds me a Spanish sitcom called "Aquí no hay quien viva" ("No one could live here"). I imagine there a young empowered lawyer/businesswoman who has renovated the entire flat and is the envy of her neighbours.
You could use the Tiny Living Stuff dressers for Callum, I don't think they will take up as much space and won't intersect with DJ Booth. And you can still clutter the top of them.

I'm loving this series. I am not sure how common or if at all would a laundry facility be on the premises of these types of apartments (I know you already have them in the kitchen)? I have seen the washers in kitchens and such in videos before about homes in the UK and other parts of Europe. I've even seen it in homes here in the States, although not as common. But as far as when you have put a fridge and stove next to each other, I was surprised ppl couldn't believe that. That is something that can be common here as well, all depending on space for sure. Can't wait to see the next part :)

Aw, I so wanted you to move the bathroom door closer to the bedroom doors, so you could put the smaller of the tiny living tv/units on that wall and flip the couch to face the opposite way to have a bit more space to move (/do yoga/meditate). I love the plan though, watching too many bougie house builds gets a bit sandy after a while.

Aw, I so wanted you to move the bathroom door closer to the bedroom doors, so you could put the smaller of the tiny living tv/units on that wall and flip the couch to face the opposite way to have a bit more space to move (/do yoga/meditate).
I love the plan though, watching too many bougie house builds gets a bit sandy after a while.
