Lot's of coincidences with this one for me. I also work in the NHS and live in an ex council house (in Manchester) Major kitchen/diner reno is planned this year as I also had a recent inheritance! I have garden, front, side and back but no garage and I'm very lucky to be surrounded by woodland, perfect for dog walking and litter picking !! My house is so compact ,cosy and easy to look after, I love it. I've already sim built my kitchen to get some ideas of how it could look.
Oh love the vibes with this one Aden! Me and the ex bought an old council house and they have such great space (compared to new modern builds), this is very evocative 💗
We love hearing about Mama and Papa Devon! After all, they did help make our favorite Sims UA-camr 😄💜🤗 Hobbits TOOL usage was discreet, but absolutely flawless! I loved the off kilter drainage pipe.

Devon! I need your help! As a huge fan of your channel I was wondering if you could help me with my real life design. It's our self build family home ( currently residing in a static caravan on site and after what seems like decades the house is now built ) and I need to start thinking about kitchen layouts and I've a problem in the lounge with where to put the TV!! I have an architect's plan of the house and I dont know where to start with the actual layout and design and would love to see it in sim life! I'm a terrible sims builder but I know you can do it justice! Many thanks love the videos ✌😘

Ahh having grown up in the East London outskirts this house was so perfectly in tune with the storyline! Absolutely love it, before and after!
