The Arsenal Trade Center warehouse development is moving forward in Sayreville, New Jersey. The distribution centre project consists of three warehouses with a combined 1,077,776-square-footage. The three warehouses, designed by KSS Architects, will span 284,341 square feet, 341,833 square feet and 451,602 square feet. The industrial park is located four miles east of the NJ Turnpike in the core of the Central New Jersey industrial market - just minutes from routes 9, 35, 287, 440, and the Outerbridge Crossing and the Garden State Parkway.
