This project is way behind schedule. Driving past the site on the Parkway it appears there's a water problem - not surprising since it sits on a flood plain where nothing should be being built anyway. It will be interesting how the project turns out.

What a disaster this will turn out to be. Malls all over America are dyeing, stores closing and anchor stores disappearing. This video is nothing but hype, a marketing ploy of pure BS. Plus those knuckle heads in Trenton spending 70 million for ramps to another Love Canal. Mark my words the tax payers of NJ will pay for this in the end when it fails. My God is there anybody left in Trenton with a few brain cells left. Yes the EPA will approve it when all is said and done, but how about you do you believe in the EPA these days? This is not about a better place for NJ, this is about money, power, and politics.
