And there's a lot of data about the river and its basin itself, which can feel dry for some readers, though I personally found it fascinating. There's also quite a bit of the author's signature sarcasm, so I'm quite enjoying myself reading it 😊📖
Yes you're going to read age of myth! I've owned the first 3 for years and age of myth has been on so many tbrs since then. I dont even know why I haven't read them, I really want to 😅

Great TBR! I am currently reading Dreamer's Pool by Juliet Marillier. She is one of my favorite authors and so far so good in mystical Ireland. I also started Elantris. I had low expectations because everyone disses that book but I really like it. Elantris is a horrible place, so creepy. Perfect!
Thank you, Kim! ❤️ Oh, I just read the synopsis and while I am not big on romance, this sounds like a lot of fun! I added it to my (now endless) TBR! 📚 Oh, I LOVE Elantris! It's the first Sanderson book I ever read, because people was giving mediocre ratings and I thought I'd start from the bottom up. I have no idea what these people are talking about - Elantris is mysterious and creepy, the characters are fun, the plot is super intricate and I loved every bit of this book. I am only hoping Sanderson will go back to writing in this world again. 🙏✨
@@libraryunbounded I would start with Daughter of the Forest by her, it is a retelling of the Wild Swans fairy Tale. I am not a fan of retellings in general, I find them a bit juvenile. Not so with that one. It is enchanting and although it is romance light, it has one of the most beautiful love stories. Dreamer's Pool is also romance light. Marillier is so good at creating an ambiance, her settings and characters are amazing and very varied. They seem real.

@libraryunbounded I am just missing Rilla of Ingleside. I found them all at the thriftstore, and even though I found them during a few different trips the editions all match. I don't mind too much if they don't, but I do enjoy it if I can find a matching set.
Niesamowicie żałuje ,że mam za mało książek na moim fizycznym TBR-rze żeby móc grać w „The Lord of the Reads” 😢 W tym miesiącu planuje przeczytać między innymi „Pół króla” autorstwa Joe Abercrombie i już nie mogę się doczekać. Co do przywiązywania się za bardzo do fikcyjnych postaci dopiero wychodzę z momentu kiedy jestem w stanie myśleć o czymkolwiek innym niż o książce przeczytanej w listopadzie bo była tak dobra i zawierała świetnych bohaterów których nie oszczędziła także w pełni rozumiem takie nastawienie do książek. Niektóre wpływają na nas w konkretny sposób i dopóki napawa nas to szcęściem nie ma w tym nic złego. ❤
Oh dear, you don't have to be worried about physical TBR! You can just make a list of all the books you want to read and can maybe borrow from the library. And that can be your bookshelf jar, for example. Adjust anything you want in the game, there's no rigid rules, its all for fun 😊❤️ OMG, Half a King is on my TBR for quite some time now, let me know how it goes, I'm super curious! It's so good to know I'm not the only one that gets too attached characters. 😂 And indeed, you're correct, it's not a bad thing at all! Now I have to know which book caused you such a turmoil for so long! 😅 Also, I'm hoping it's okay that I responded in English 😅

I am rolling 5 times every month but it's not my reading peak this year and it's hard to finish all of them. But this month I got some good prompts so hopefully will be able to finish them all haha Finished The Institute by Stephen King today and it was good which made me feel better 😂 I started Anne of Green Gables this year (read it in school ages ago) because there is a new better translation and cannot wait to continue 😊
Yeah, there are periods like that, when reading just doesn't go. But it's okay, good books are still good, even if you take some time before reading them 😊 Oh, so happy you're reading Anne! I never read it as a child, I guess I just hadn't heard of it. Read the first book for the first time in 2021, I think and it has become one of the most precious books to me! ❤️📚
