Can you use standard rolls in this machine or are you forced to buy wrapmster rolls, thats the only drawback thats stopping me buying one.
Hello Jonny, thank you for the comment. Yes, Wrapmaster dispensers only work with Wrapmaster refill rolls. The refill rolls are premium quality film, foil and baking parchment and only fit in Wrapmaster dispensers. This enables us to provide robust and high-quality products to professional chefs.
I think it's perfect here but how big is it? Dimension in [cm] for a Belgium person and better not in inch. Thanks
Hello, thank you for the message. Wrapmaster dispensers vary in size and fit 45cm wide or 30cm wide Wrapmaster rolls; cling film, foil or baking parchment. The 4500 and Duo are for 45cm rolls and the 3000 is for 30cm rolls. Further details can be found at www.wrapmaster.global (www.wrapmaster.global/en/product-range/). The dispensers are sold in a variety of national wholesalers.

Hello Kalied, if you are purchasing in the UK, EU, UAE then it's 500m of plastic wrap.
If you are in the USA it's 1800 feet. You can order in the USA from shopusa.wrapmaster.global/ordering or from a number of distributors.
In the UK/EU many national and local distributors stock Wrapmaster. In the UAE it's a company called Clean and Hygiene. Hope this is of help?
Hello, my partner and I purchased one of these and unfortunately the spring loaded 'socket' to attach the roll in the lower part does not retract despite rotating the lock as shown in the video. We assume this is a fault and will look to find a replacement...
@@JonnyB1982 Thank you for purchasing Wrapmaster. Sorry to hear that there has been a problem. Did you purchase in the UK or USA? Are you using a Wrapmaster Refill? - the dispensers only work with Wrapmaster Refills. If there is a fault and you purchased in the UK recently, please contact the supplier's customer service team. They should be able to replace the dispenser for you.
@@wrapmasterglobal Thank you, yes it was UK and with the proprietary rolls (bought separately). We have contacted the seller (via Amazon) and am arranging a refund in order to get a replacement
