RECIPE for Peanut Butter Fudge
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
Pinch of salt
1 Cup of Peanut Butter (You can use smooth or crunchy...I love to use crunchy peanut butter)
1 Cup of Fluff (Marshmallow cream)
Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with either foil paper or parchment paper for easy removal of the fudge later.
In a medium sauce pan, on medium heat, bring first 3 ingredients to a rolling boil. If boiling gets too aggressive then reduce the heat if needed. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring often.
Only start your 5 minute timer once you get to the roiling boil and keep a close eye during boil process as it can boil over quickly!
After the 5 minutes of boiling, take off the heat and add all 3 remaining ingredients at the same time and stir all together until smooth.
Poor into a 8x8 or 9x9 square pan. Let cool off a bit then place in fridge to completely cool off and set.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!

I saw the mittens on Fleece and Harmony and loved them! Now, I see them again….gorgeous! Driving 2.5-3hrs every weekend and 1 to 2 night during the week for hockey brings back….memories. Fortunately, my son played with a great group of boys and wonderful parents!! Definitely wish I had been a knitter then….I was a quilter! ❤

Hi Sophie, you made me smile when you mentioned Fluff in your recipe. I also use fluff in fudge. It actually originated in Massachusetts in 1917 (I’m originally from Massachusetts)…. A man named Archibald Query made it in his kitchen and sold it door to door! 😊

I've promised myself to knit a pair of mittens for 3 years now so maybe this is the winter I finally get it done! This pattern is perfect, it's very similar to the laid edges socks (that I knitted last year) and it would really be a cute combo if I knit it in a similar colour (: And as always so many pretty and exciting projects going on, always gives me so much inspiration!

Also you will LOVE the zweig sweater, you’ve inspired me to wear mine tomorrow. Definitely use some colour catchers and cold water when you block it, that red could bleed, it’s what happened to mine.
