Assalam o Alaikum, You should start your career with web development, as you said you know python so go with learning django framework and for frontend learn react js. These are most latest technologies and later on you will get job in industry very easily.

@@danealife I am in this field and every profession has good scope except some mgr ye ke ap us particular field me apna the best kitna deliver karta ho ap ko apni skills ko nourish karna ha or top pe jana ha.

As you're currently in your first year of computer science.
I will suggest you to first focus on the basics of programming and learn those basics and the most commonly used programming languages in the industry.
Learn Python and JavaScript.
Basics of Programming that you have to learn:
- Data Types (int, float, string, char, boolean, etc)

for backend go with python, django, flask, etc
@@humairshoukatAssalmoalaikum Brother, My first semester of BS CS completed and I started C++ and DSA from beginning of first semester and in next 2 weeks I will complete my DSA course than my plan is to move to learn html, CSS and Javascript and side by side Solving leetcode problems in c++ and dsa . Is it good roadmap??
