I think you should do a propper SEO of your video I'm looking for any google employee from Pakistan I didn't found a single video except shafiqa Iqbal I got so disappointed after watching that I think he should make his own channel to guide other student
It depends upon the position which you are applying for. If it doesn't require a university degree then you can apply without it. For work permits it is your employer who arranges it and you will get the visa based on it.

Does you need a university degree to get into Poland google from Pakistan or just skills are required?
