I'm not that good at seeing what rating levels deserve but if you just add a great final touch to everything and add a bit more thorough music sync this could definitely work. Just some decoration cleaning can work. The motion of everything looks a little basic and isn't really smooth in a player view, pulses are GREAT but some pulses or animations in the background are missing. It's just not intense enough for the song!
Overall if you work on everything I said this could be rated.
