15 years, and she still doesn’t disappoint. Yet still amazes me every time.
I started listening to her when she released her "Someday" album. She, alongside IU, are the cream of the crop SK has to offer. I mean, these two gals are just amazing and consistent as opposed to their Western counterparts who start decent and then suddenly making pornographic music videos later.
Yessss And I don't regret being her fan 😊

난 이렇게 트렌드에 갈대처럼 휩쓸려다니지않는 가수들과 노래들이 참 좋더라.. 요즘은 그냥 한철 흘려듣고 보내는 노래들이 너무 많아서 진정성을 찾기가 어려운데..이를테면 나얼 윤하 김동률 이런 가수들은 촌스럽게 도태되지도 않으면서 오로지 자신들만이 할 수 있는 음악과 이야기와 색깔을 매번 보여주려고 하는 느낌..

Since most of you children don’t know who this lovely woman is, which is fine, nothing wrong with that. Allow me to introduce you to Younha. Debuted in 2008, and has been a well-known and respected artist in SK. Some of her biggest hits include “Waiting”, “Comet/Houki Boushi” (for all my anime friends, that’s the 3rd ending from Bleach) and “I Believe” (my personal favorite). Her style I would say can be pretty versatile, from a pop-rock standpoint to a soothing ballad like this one.
Her debut was 2004(Japan) / 2006(Korea).
Nothing beats Strawberry Days. Still my favorite song for over a decade now, only been recently challenged by her Rainy Night.
Yubikiri is still my all time fav but Dark Cloud and Like Nothing are crazy amazing 😍😍

And I still wonder why mnet didnt nominate her as one of best vocalist in mama. Did they just choose the most popular singer only or just forget about younha? The high note at 2:53 is breathtaking. She still had the power although she is not in her peak anymore in vocal prowess. And this music video although with little promotion through the teaser, no hype from kpop fandom, she is not popular among international fans but still topping the local chart. What a wonderful singer.
Whenever I listen to this song, i usually sing along, but every time that part come, i immediately shut up and just listen to her belting that high notes. So beautiful~

@@sabina7130 her peak (prime) is around 2012-2014, when her vocal prowess was on par or at least reach the world class level. if you follow her since 2007 you would notice the difference or the power level of her vocal. right now she regressed a lot, as a fan, im worried but if she happy with the changes, im okay. her voice is beautiful. no doubt about that. either way, she is still younha ive known since 2007

Kelvosaurus to be fair, i don’t know how big the demand will be for her to do actual sets, esp in my motherland. I feel like for younha (+nell), i’d be better off aiming to attempt ticketing for her annual concert in kr itself. But we used to get decently known kr solo artists back then, so maaaaaybe we can hope for unnie to come. I feel iu’s fame and popularity are not comparable to unnie’s when it comes to hoping for a concert stop.

안녕하세요 중학생때 우연히 꿈속에서를 듣고 윤하님 노래는 항상 플리에 꼭 넣어다니는 올해 고3입니다 작년 8월29일 학교에서 공황발작을 겪고 지금은 불안장애,조울증까지 더해져서 현재진행형으로 고생 중이에요.. 매일매일이 불안하다 보니 사람 만나는게 무섭고 힘든데 또 어쩔때는 사람이 그리워요 근데 막상 만나면 저 사람이 나를 해코지 할 것 같아서 무서워요 약간 이런 점이 이별후에 그리워하는 모습과 아주 약간 닮은 것 같아서 먹구름을 좋아하는 편이에요 26도 좋아하는데 이 노래는 제 정신질환이 완치되고 나서 듣고싶어요 그동안 고생했다고 아무튼 이런 곡 만들어주셔서 진심으로 고맙습니다 항상 잘 듣고 있습니다..! 다들 건강하시고 행복하셨으면 좋겠어요!

The fact that she wasn’t accepted due to her “looks” (which is not true because she looks beautiful) when she tried to debut/start in Korea is infuriating. Glad she didn’t give up and kept pushing forward making her own style of music. What a blessing she is as a singer to many.

Tbh, I'm glad she didn't make it in the auditions to become just another typical girl kpop group idol. Think about how many girl groups that didnt make it despite the years of training before their debut. Younha has gone through many challenges as a solo artist, but that's also the reason why we can enjoy so many different styles of music from her like rock, pop, ballads, r&b, and even a bit of jazz :)
She has struggled. She was broken. Her songs have soul. Nothing more to say.

Spotify karışık şarkılar dinlerken bi şarkı beni çok etkiledi ve çok içten okuduğunu düşündüm sonra birkaç kez daha dinledim ve dedim ki bu kadın gerçekten çok iyi Younha seni nasıl daha önce keşfedemedim ne kadar değerli bir ses ama değer hala şarkıları duygularına göre yapan popülerliği dert etmeyen ne masumane ne kadar hoş bir sesi var Younha'ın ve artık Younha'ım ❤

I am from Québec, Canada, i discover Youhna just now thanks to RM, after listening winter flower i wanted to know more about Younha because of her wanderful voice, now i am a fan of Younha an i will continue to listen to her songs in the future...so there is nothing wrong to be an Army and discovering other artiste because of them....BTS is worldwide and they give that exposure to Younha it is a good thing....we came because of RM but we stay because of herself, her voice, her talent. I purple you all
