To all you "Master's of Complaint", this cake was artfully done by the Master Decorator. She knew what, how and when she had to put this together. There was a lot of thought and technique put into this creation none of the MC's will ever rise to or even near in their lifetime. Geometry, algebra and simple math was used. She rolled the fondant by hand never using a machine. Given her ability and knowledge very few of you could afford a design like this. As far as cleanliness you would have her be in a clean room covered in plastic. Are your kitchens as clean?
She makes it is easy to be done! 😊I am going to try to make mine today. Tomorrow is my birthday and I want that cake since last year.. is that ganache white ?
she was fast and made everything seem to be easy! really nice and I was amazed! hix. Must learn and try. Really really want to make a fondant cake myself. in VN, a cake like that costs a lot :(
Such an awesome job. Thank you so much for sharing your talent, it is greatly appreciated. And, please continue to teach those of us that want to continue learning. I am definitely going to try and make this cake in the near future.
Great Tutorial! what Fondant do you use? I have tried handling fondant as the lady in this tutorial does and it either stretches too much or tears.... how do you get such a good handling texture? is it just good fondant? if so, which? many thanks :)
very nice! that is what i want for my B-day cake on 26/01/2014 , i am having my 50th B-day party ..... =) Thanks for the beautiful clip & excellent job on the cake ♥
U idiots with ur unsanitary comments. I am sure she washes her hands first. Also, she Is def a master. I am impressed. I decorate too & am new, so I can only hope to get this good someday. Square cakes are a bitch!
that's hilarious, I don't know how I ended up on this video but funny how she shows the easiest part of making this cake but dosent bother showing you guys how to do the bow tie? yea thanks for showing us how to put cover a block with icing! real touch.
Awesome video! Beautiful cake. Those unsanitary comments are unnecessary. Email the person who posted directly. I'm sure you haven't washed your hands properly while preparing a meal for your guests at home.
Just FYI, you can be an awesome cake decorator and sanitary at the same time! She definitely is a great cake decorator, but you still can remain sanity in the process!
Thankfully I am not the only one who noticed her unsanitary acts........She grabbed and moved something on the floor and then grabbed the fondant with the same hand??? They probably all do it, but also didn't know her arms would be all over and under the fondant???
She grabbed a stool or something on the floor then grabbed the fondant. Guess we have different ideas of what we consider sanitary and clean? I wouldn't touch something, then touch food, unless I washed my hands. Just saying........
i can't speak for this the lady in the video but if you roll your fondant too thin its definitely going to tear when you try to handle it.... also temperature and humidity effects fondant... too warm and the fondant stretches more..
its very difficult to see exactly what shes doing as its white background with white cake n very pale everything else. please do one in different colour so we can see properly.
***** Thank you for pointing that out and they have friends over that eat that same food after they cook it with no hair net. They got so much to say about this lady but we see how they feel when they go to McDonald's drive thru not knowing the taking dirty money and fixing food cause they under staffed.

Awesome job. Haters gonna hate. Lol
Love it!
very nice! keep moving ^^
how do i use fondant in this new york heat without it melting????
isn't it against sanitary rule to use the hands to scrap the buttercream from the palet and then keep using in the cake?
nice wrk
I love it
how big is this cake and how many layers?
Vere nice
جميل ابداع والله
How much fondant did you use to cover the whole cake? in gram please
My name is Tiffany !:)
What kind of liquid she did used brushing to stick the lace/ribbon?
It's just water. That's what u can use to stick fondant to fondant. Or even to make it stronger, use piping gel.
Thankfully I am not the only one who noticed her unsanitary acts........She grabbed and moved something on the floor and then grabbed the fondant with the same hand??? They probably all do it, but also didn't know her arms would be all over and under the fondant???
Paula Roehl-Johnson I didn't see anything she is very sanitary
She grabbed a stool or something on the floor then grabbed the fondant. Guess we have different ideas of what we consider sanitary and clean? I wouldn't touch something, then touch food, unless I washed my hands. Just saying........
Hermoso ...☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
What is the stuff u put in the cardboard before you placed the cake the clear yellow stuff
Piping Gel

No. All chefs and cooks use their hands. All are trained to not waste a n y t h i n g.
muito lindo
رائع جدا جدا جدا جدا
And i love this brand
i can't speak for this the lady in the video but if you roll your fondant too thin its definitely going to tear when you try to handle it.... also temperature and humidity effects fondant... too warm and the fondant stretches more..
can i have therecipe for cover the cake
i dont know about her...but i always put my hair in a bun....or put on a hair net.
you probably need a different recipe or brand of fondant that better suits the weather you have there...
its very difficult to see exactly what shes doing as its white background with white cake n very pale everything else. please do one in different colour so we can see properly.
Charme target. Más cad. Directv
its called dirty iceing
Try adding music to the video. Makes it let boring and that way we don't hear the background noises.
Please, you're embarassing yourselves with your ignorant comments.
explaining is better than just showing. Not really a good instruction video.
deeserts101
She needs to wear a hair net. It's the law. Not to mention the fact that it's disgusting to handle food in a professional kitchen without one.
ever watched cooking shows on tv.... they never wear hair nets..
***** Thank you for pointing that out and they have friends over that eat that same food after they cook it with no hair net. They got so much to say about this lady but we see how they feel when they go to McDonald's drive thru not knowing the taking dirty money and fixing food cause they under staffed.
FAST BUT UNSANITARY
This video should be edited to shorter the process.
вот фуфло!
