I realize that I'm almost a year late coming to this party, but this is the absolute BEST in terms of the eye shape you achieved! And that stick foundation?? Fabulous! I wear the Hourglass Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation stick that's shaped like a triangle, but I can tell by looking that it's not as creamy as the Huda one is, so I'm buying the Huda. Great video, especially the halo angled eyeshadow application!
Everyone is saying the Huda stick is awesome but I find it just sits on top of my skin and looks really makeup-y. I don't wear a ton of it either, maybe it's just my skin type but I had to return it.

This foundation has been wowing lately! I've seen maybe a dozen people from all different ages, skin tones, and textures and every one has had such a positive reaction, especially when it comes to the shades. I really have to convince myself to want to spend much on foundation but that's largely because I've only been in love with the shades a few times. I'm really thinking I might have to give this one a try. Looks beautiful on you!
I feel like the eyeshadow pigmentation faded quite a bit when you compare end of video to when you finished putting on the eye look. Guess it’s more of an evening out type palette where you only need it to look good for a few hours.

I have been hearing so many rave reviews of the Huda stick foundation, and i am soooooo tempted to get it, but...it's $39 for .44 oz of product. The IT YSBB + skincare AND the UD Stay Naked are both $39, and you get a full ounce with each. And of course there's CP Pretty Fresh too, which is of course a lot less expensive for, again, twice the amount of product. I get that it's a high-end brand, but...idk...clearly i don't mind spending $39 for a foundation (all the ones i mentioned are some of my current foundations that i currently love...) i just am annoyed i guess by the fact that it's .44 oz. It almost feels as if Huda is trying to *seem* like the foundation is priced right alongside other higher-end brands, but it's not if you only get half as much product. Thoughts? EDITED TO ADD: Love the angled halo eye technique. Super sexy! ❤
I recently got the newer It Cosmetics foundation and I haven’t touched another one in a couple of weeks. I’m so in love with it. I wore it for over 24 hours between a road trip and then accidentally fell asleep for a nap and it seriously looked the exact same as when I put it on the day before, blown away

I'm wearing the Purlisse BB Cream with Too Faced Peach Tranlucent Powder with Physicians Formula Bronzer on my forehead because I actually have my bangs back today. I have a breakout going on under my chin and neck, so that's why I'm wearing the BB Cream. I usually don't wear anything because of having to wear a mask all day at work.

I think the slippery shade would be good to use on top of an inner corner highlight kind of like how you would layer a supershock shadow on top of an inner corner highlight shade and it intensifies it and makes it look wet.
Hi Allie, I have the same eye shape as yours. I find that whenever I create a crease that is higher than it normally is, it looks better. If I don't do that, all that hard work that I did on my lids disappear because of my eye shape. But if I create a higher crease, it really shows up whenever my eyes are open as well. Also, I find that when I hold my brushes from their far end, I have so much more controll. Those are just some observations of mine. Love you a lot 💕
I have a recommendation with the balm shade 'Slippery' !! I have hooded eyes, too, and on top of that, they can get oily, so I was nervous putting it on top of eyeshadow as well, but when I thought about using it on its own, I felt it was lacking, and then it was back to the whole "BUT IF THAT'S ON TOP OF POWDER I'M SCREWED", and then I had an epiphany: using an all over liquid to matte eyeshadow or a colored base, like the P. Louise bases! Obviously they have the skin tone ones, but they also have colored ones that go from pastel to super bright and then you have the P. Louise and Mitchel paints as well! They're thinner and meant to stay put, so I think a little swipe or two of the balm, could give you a controllable glossy effect! I do appreciate that Huda takes chances and tries to give us new formula's every single year with her large palettes, like you can't innovate if you don't try, and really the only new formula I'm iffy on with this palette was 'Slippery' and I think she *REALLY* nailed the creamy marbled matte formula, it reminds me a little of the Nabla latex mattes, which I *LOVE*!!

Watching you apply makeup and listening to your calming voice can bring me to a place of happiness even when I’m feeling overwhelmed. So, thank you!! 😊 Can I say, the names of the shades in the Naughty Nudes palette are...interesting! I was curious to see how you’d react to such silly names; because they make me giggle awkwardly!! LOL! That gel shadow is so gimmicky. I truly think it was added to hype up the palette, make people more curious, and get more people to buy it. The foundation stick really looks beautiful on everyone I’ve seen apply it. I’ve not had the best experience with stick foundations, but this one seems to suit all skin types and work with all skin issues. Thanks for providing me with a few minutes of relaxation & peace.
