오매에서는 ‘도자페인팅’ 작가를 주목하여 본 전시를 기획하였습니다.
김명선, 김쥬쥬, 윤정선 작가는 도자페인팅이라는 공통점이 있기도 하지만, 또한 작품에서 계속 작가 자신을 탐구해 나가는 여정을 고스란히 표현하고 있다는 점에서 더 큰 공통점이 있습니다.
이에 주목하여, 본 전시는 도리어 여성 작가가 자신에 대한 탐구를 다양한 방식으로 풀어내고 있는 다채로운 작품들의 미술성에 대하여 보다 면밀하게 살펴보고자 합니다. 고로, 작품 감상에서 작가의 ‘생각’을 들어보는 것이 제일 중요하다 하겠습니다.
그래서, 이번 전시는 오프라인에서 작품 실물 전시 위주로 하는 대신, 온라인에서 작가와 심층 대화를 통하여 작가의 생각을 가능한 관람자에게 자세히 전할 수 있는 방식을 취했습니다.
전시 기간 동안 유투브에서 전시 작가들의 생각을 잘 들어 보시고, 관람자 또한 작품에서 자신의 생각과 같은 점과 다른 점, 유사한 공통점도 찾아보시기 바랍니다.
작가는 자신의 생각을 표현하기 위하여 작품을 제작하지만, 작품은 관람자와 교감과 소통을 하면서 작품의 생애를 더욱 풍성히 하고, 제작의 목적을 완성합니다.
본 전시를 통하여, 도자페인팅 3인방 김명선, 김쥬쥬, 윤정선 작가를 더욱 잘 이해할 수 있는 좋은 계기가 될 수 있기를 소망합니다.

So, instead of focusing on offline real-life exhibitions, this exhibition has taken a way to convey the artist's thoughts in detail to possible viewers through in-depth conversations with the artist online.
During the exhibition period, please listen to the thoughts of the exhibition artists on UA-cam, OMAE TV, and the viewers will also find the same things, differences, and similarities in their works.
The artist produces the work to express her thoughts, but the work further enriches the life of the work and completes the purpose of the production by communicating with the viewer.
Through this exhibition, we hope that it will be a good opportunity to better understand the artists Kim Myung Sun, Juujuu Kim, and JungSun Yoon of the three ceramic painting artists.
