Depression is very real but trust me like Dave said take it day by day fight to stay positive and life will get better. I’m not even all the way they’re yet but I’m no longer suicidal and that’s a big step and ik there’s more good things to come in life.you won’t see those good things if your not around.

Good on ya bro. I was an idiot and did heroin and drugs for like a decade but I am working out, got a good job, family's is around. I never gave up and always was waiting to go back to the gym.

Unfortunately it's not that easy to fix. You got lucky. Severe depression can stick around for your whole life regardless of what you do or can make come back's in increasingly worse depressive episodes. I've suffered now for years. I agree on fighting to stay alive and positive it's just still very painful and sometimes it doesn't work still. Some loose the battle

@@JLUX100 it’s definitely not an easy fix looking back two years ago to how far I’ve come now everyday has been a battle. In the end though it’s all worth it and you’ll be stronger for it. Just try and take things day by day. Things like a healthy diet and exercise will also help alot

Nasser is one of my fav 90s BBers. That photoshoot where he does the behind the neck press with those sunglasses on is one of THE BEST BB pics. Also, the new camera looks great, but Sid's audio is still so bad. Have you considered using a better VOIP program or having him record his audio locally and then sending it over to swap out with the skype audio you usually have?

God, He was inhumanly MASSIVE. We were about the same height, but he was like two of me fused together. Just a walking side of Beef.
I also saw John Romano training Dan Duchaine there - I was surprised how sickly Duchaine looked. He was probably already sick with the condition that would take his life a couple of years later.

If you stay positive and keep yourself strong and happy. There will always be people that are depressed and negative. You have to not be surrounded by them. They are toxic and the cancer to your well being. Jealous, ignorant and evil. With technology they can talk and set you up. You need to move away from that cancerous toxic environment. Dave is right, and always good logic advice. Keep enemies far friends closer. Enimies can play you as you give trust. As you know they are contraviously to your positive attitude. Rx , Dave is the shit.

Dave how the heck do you keep you’re skin so good? My TRT prescribed cyp 100mg a week destroys my skin, I break out on my back horribly and I get black heads on my nose, very oily skin and I strange smell like burning hair(prob from the oil) but it’s strange ... maybe some hgh secretagogue and isotretinoin? any advice? Just started taking YOUTHEORY collagen and amino acid supplement to help, thought maybe it was an estrogen issue tried a small piece of a letro and prob crashed my system cuz I broke out more.. tamox gives me issues and now trying dex .5mg 2 times a week .. but at 100mgs a week isnt a whole lot so I donno why my back breaks out so bad ... also drinking alkaline water isn’t good to drink daily as our stomach acid gets neutralizes and can cause issues.. it’s also our acidic body levels that kill bacteria and germs and other things, maintaining a good acid level is a must! women’s vagina have to stay acidic or they get issues ... there’s a lot of misinformation about ph levels in the body and marketing crap... having some apple cider vinegar daily is a great way to maintain our acidic bodies nature ...also baking soda once a week in water can help maintain a healthy PH but don’t eat for an hour before or after drinking it as you’re stomach acid will be diluted and less acidic

A lot of evidence for positivity. We rely on our networks to generate opportunities and people don't like negative perpetuation. If you perpetuate negativity then people won't come to you so readily. Not maliciously, they will just assume that the opportunities they have would not interest you. So if you are positive (not even overly so) opportunities will arise. The above is not the only reason. Alot of the evidence for success through positivity is based on motivation and health too.

@@henhowell2433 I've done my research you clearly haven't. HAHAHA what kind of crack are you smoking? 2 or 3 natural chemicals don't turn into 300 chemicals when burned. You're being fed some straight up bullshit. Second the cancer fighting and preventative effects from cannaboids much outweighs the small amount of carcinogens created from burning it. Research like I said and you'll see. Check out the clinical study that was done in the UK on the effect of smoking marijuana in the lungs compared to non smokers in a long clinical trial. Hahaha NICOTINE in my pot!? Dude give your head a shake moron you clearly lake Any sense at all. You'll see you're dead ass wrong. Get out of here with your bullshit, you've been brainwashed and miss lead by government sponserd propaganda. Just stop you sound like a total idiot. Learn what the endo-cannaboid system is.

@@JLUX100 well according to you smoke is healthy, so if I was smoking crack I would be a f****** genius wouldn't I. You probably got all your information from some blog. Show me an article from evidence-based practice that shows validity and what you say to be true, I promise you will find none. There's extensive research on cigarette smoking and health, the reason why you don't find as much on marijuana, is because there is not very much research done on substances that are illegal and if you had any kind of college education, you would know this. I'm sure in reality you're just one of those type of people that want to find evidence of any kind whether it be b******* or not, to support your habit.

Correct, suicide will not fix anything. We are given "life lessons" or experiences to learn and grow. If we cop out, we will have to do them again, and probably be harder next time around. Sometimes we might have to rip up a "contract" that isn't working with another person, let them go in peace and send them love and light and move on, and forgive everyone. The gifts that we have been given are not repayable.

No, our bodies are not meant to be either alkaline or acidic. Certain organs don't work well if alkaline, especially our digestive guts - many important enzymes can be reduced if it's alkaline. We need a balance of the two! Our bodies reduce inflammation and acidic when fasting with water for a bit.

What you say about Nasser is all true.
I took droids 27 years ago, for a few years.
Had high blood pressure ever since. Had my first heart attack 4 months ago.
I believe it was hereditary. Not from the roids.
Is not worth it to be too heavy.

I’m getting pretty sick of seeing these headlines on RX, only to find 28 minutes of your 32 minute video has nothing to do with the headline. This puts me (and I’m sure others) off watching what is otherwise a pretty good channel. I feel like I’ve been duped, searching around and wondering does Dave even talk about this? Better to take the 4 minute cut and create a separate video. It reduces the credibility of your channel. Interesting, that’s why a number of people are posting the time when Dave talks about Nasser, because they’re experiencing the same frustration.

Just to show some diversity about this, a certain channel's weekly smash bros highlights will have a title featuring a random moment within the video which is a compilation. I do not think it's deceptive because it's #askDave and known to be multiple questions
