BAHAMIAN PINEAPPLE TART | BAHAMIAN COOKING
Ingredients
Filling:
1 tin Dole Crushed Pineapples
1 Tsp. Kerry gold unsalted butter
1/2 cup white cane sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla flavoring
1/4 teaspoon salt
Crust:
2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp white sugar
2 Tsp butter
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 Tsp Vanilla Flavoring
2 Tsp Baking Powder
Allow to bake on the middle rack for about 30 to 35 minutes, at 325 degrees. After baking cover with a cloth for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Ohhh mrs melda you confuse me 😭. I don't know the proper measurements for the crust because you said one thing but write something else. I trying to use my common sense and i can see you used two tbsp butter like you said but i scared to put two tablespoons of baking powder instead of 2 tsp
