To be fair, this is The Graham Norton Show, where the guests sit and chat for an hour while they drink and have fun. Graham interacts with the entire couch of guests, the guests interact with each other, and Graham also gives ample time for each individual guest where he asks extensive questions about them and their projects. So, basically, this is about 2-3 minutes or less of a long, casual interview. It’s not like American talk shows when the guest only has an average of 10 minutes to plug their projects.

Honestly I think the beauty of a song is NOT knowing who they’re about. Then they fit so many different scenarios. That’s the whole point of art, being subjective so you can interpret it through what feels right to you. When you know exactly what she was talking about it leaves room to agree or disagree, discuss, repeat. Then it turns into a social media circus and no one cares if the song hits home for them or not, it’s not about them.
We didn't have melatonin back in the day. My parents mix with sleeping pills with our milk before we sleep. My mom was straight forward about it with me. I was shocked but my siblings and I are fine. It was the difficult time when all 3 of us were bouncing of the wall even after we were active during the day. We got use to the timing with the milk and she stopped putting it in. Not sure if it's a great advice but somehow it works for us. And we have no problem with sleeping.
