I feel so much better after this...thank you Kino. I’m really loving these flows you’re posting and I’m excited for more you have already scheduled. I’m also enjoying your drills classes...I can definitely feel the difference in my shoulders and core. Be safe and stay well 🙏🏼❤️🧘🏻💪🏼
Hy Kino, THANK YOU for this great yoga class. I'm here in Milan and my every morning yoga practise is really helping me to face this very hard moment. Thank you. Om Shanti 🧘🏼♀️☀️🌈
Good morning from Edinburgh! Beautiful and inspiring! Thanks so much for sharing in this difficult time, always bring me joy to practice with you every day. Stay safe. Namaste 🙏
Hi !Thanks for the great video I loved joining in , At 37 minutes in I was dying !(the good type though😉) You've got such an amazing energy to you ,It was a amazing experience.Cant wait to try again !
Again a great video of you, Kino!!! Your Yoga Flow is beautiful and brings me energy & peace at the same time! Thank you very much for your wonderful work & inspiration!
Hey Kino, I'm a yoga teacher and love and follow you, I'm running online yoga classes for my students, could you tell us a bit about the technicalities of this, i.e. camera placement, use of mic (what kind is good), and the difference between online classes and live classes with a group. I have a canon and would love to know what equipment you use. I see that you manage it yourself but looks so professional (I mean, it looks as if you keep it "simple" but is it really simple or do you have a crew?). Many many thanks in advance, Ax
That’s a really good question. Too much to answer in a comment. But, actually maybe it could be useful as an online workshop itself. What do you think?
Hi Sophia. Thanks for your feedback. Which pose/movement specifically did you have a hard time with? I am working hard to make these classes as accessible as possible so it would greatly help me if you could offer specific feedback on things that were difficult for you. Also, were you able to find a modification that works? I may show a progression, but you do not need to go through that entire sequence. Please do let me know when you get a chance as it does matter to me. Thanks again 🙏
@@KinoYoga I'm not Sophia, but I did think mildly similarly. I thoroughly enjoyed the class as a beginner. The pace was a small challenge to keep up with as I wasn't familiar with all the moves and I was attempting to work the breathe as you announced it, but as the class progressed it became a bit easier. You did mention how it can be modified to different levels and I appreciate that. Overall, outside of the pace, it was a beneficial class and I look forward to completing more sessions on YT or your website directly as your knowledge clearly shines.
I realize that you have to make money, but seven commercials, and endless pop-ups make it hard to feel peaceful. Plus you had audio problems. Which made it frustrating because you seem like a good teacher. And I would also add this is not a beginner yoga practice. Not because of my sorry body but because of all the beginner classes that I have taken, your poses were often at a much higher level. I’m sorry I’m so angry but that’s how your class left Me. And it was because of the constant interruption of seven commercials an endless pop-ups.
BTW, often classes online I have taken break for one or two ads. I get that. You have to make money, but seven!? And endless pop-ups!? I follow along with my iPad, every time an ad comes up I have to wait five seconds, hit skip ad and then Hit play again, and then futz around to lose the timeline, which I never want to see once the class begins. Your class was the outlier in terms of that. I have never taken a class with that many interruptions. The concept of trying to flow, is really hard to do with all that interruption. Again, despite some of the poses which I found advanced, you were a good teacherAnd I got a work out. But damn!
Hi Neil. Thanks for the feedback. I’m so sorry that you were so unhappy. I’ll get the ads adjusted immediately. UA-cam goes bonkers sometimes with auto-settings. As for the level, I again apologize and would like to invite you to join my Get Your Yoga On series on www.OMSTARS.com. I work with student models and make the practice accessible and no commercial breaks there!
@@KinoYoga Hi Kino, thank you for getting back to me! And yes I believe you that maybe, this was just a UA-cam hiccup/rarity. I went to your link but to be honest with you, there are too many other good courses that are free online by other good instructors like you, for me to want to pay $100 a week for classes. In most of them, there are no adverts, or occasionally, one or two at the most. So I’m going to have to decline your offer. But I REALLY Appreciate you getting back to me! It was very unexpected. And as I reread my comment I realize how irate I was, at the time. So thanks again for being so tolerant, and patient with me. I would’ve understood if you ignored my comment, or replied that I go to hell, ha ha! Best of luck and Namaste.

Hi,kino.
Thanks for this! I noticed the sound went out a couple of times. Did anyone else experience this? If not, it may just be my computer.
Thanks for joining!!! I had some microphone issues. Sorry! I did get a high quality audio and video that will be up soon on www.omstars.com
