Exploring deep water moves “Froggy Style” with the NEW Fitness Buoy created by ‪@thebodybuoy‬. The Fitness Buoy is my new favorite thing. It’s a deep water floatation device designed like shorts. They go around the waste and legs - so they are much more comfortable than the Aqua belts that ride up, dig into the ribs making it hard to breathe. I love how much more resistance I get due to the foam in the legs.
