No , there was no big problems during Kedar Nath tragedy in June 2013....On the very day I did the site exam.....It is only after that they have extended the project towards Ganga river...That area having 3BHK flats serms vulnerable...Otherwise, baring the construction quality(very poor) the project is heaven.
