Instead of pressing F to kill her in the cutscene, you should have to constantly tap F to resist killing her. If you can't tap it at a high enough frequency, Yandere-chan's impulses take over. That seems more fitting of the scenario.

I really like the idea of befriending Kokona. You could also implement a mechanic in which she helps you win Senpai's heart in some way. That could create a unique 'fair play' ending for Yandere Simulator, in which nobody needs to get 'physically' hurt. Giving it a different angle would be a good idea for people who don't like harming others.

Like you haven't fullfilled the criteria to make her say 'ok' and she will refuse until you've reached that moment? It would be fun if every rivals has a unique criteria meter and some just require one good deed but others will have you do several things for them until they finally accept it, depending on their person. xD But oh well.. This method is really cool! I love the serious story element, and I like that Ayano has the option of being nice to Kokona (and even honest about her feelings for Senpai!). Kokona is wonderful
The best part is that a lot of elements already in the game are now connected and better explained, shit some people even thought that kokona was actually impersonating different rivals through the school days.

It's nice to see how much you can really decide for Ayano to become evil or being able to get over her own inner yandere and act like a normal girl. I like how it's not fixed for her to be a 100% killer person.
Of course she's not a 'nice' girl either way but it's you who can decide what she really is. Who she really ist. That way maybe she could really make Senpai go for her instead of having to force him.
I wonder, will there ever be a moment in which the girl will NOT accept your request? Like you haven't fullfilled the criteria to make her say 'ok' and she will refuse until you've reached that moment?
It would be fun if every rivals has a unique criteria meter and some just require one good deed but others will have you do several things for them until they finally accept it, depending on their person. xD

The best part is that a lot of elements already in the game are now connected and better explained, shit some people even thought that kokona was actually impersonating different rivals through the school days.
not hating on the game but it is still a very dark game, one that I'm surprised hasn't been blocked on every game website. Like only someone who has a dark, twisted mind can make a game like this. like horror games are one thing but your are killing a person just because they like the person your character likes. like I said I'm not hating on the game but it bothers me how a game like this even exists.
