My husband and I wanted to move to SC and Greer looks a nice town. We wanted to see the area , new construction homes but we need someone to show us everything to us. Your videos have been a good help . Thank you.
Can you send me an email at wcsawyerjr@kw.com and i'd be happy to get a phone call set up to discuss Greer, and new construction homes in that area. Thank you!!
@@gvlrealestate email sent . Thank you .
Before you buy a new construction home look through it thoroughly! We bought one from CA and now that I live in it some of the walls aren't straight, corners not 90°, trim around stairway isn't lined up, caulking too thick in areas.
Quick shout out to Cameroon Cigar shop in Greer! Amazing owner and great shop! I researched for 5 years on where I wanted to move to from NJ. Last year I came to Greenville and fell in love with the city and surrounding area, especially Greer. Reminded me of the way NJ used to look and feel. If everything falls into place the way I'm hoping, I'm looking to come back and stay for good. The cons you mentioned are my pro's which make your pro's even more amazing. On a personal level, Greer made me feel like I was home.
I love this! I’ll have to check out that cigar shop too. I’ve only been to Torch downtown and Social Cherrydale
Send me a text. I’d love to keep in touch
@@gvlrealestate I wanted to check out Torch when I was there but there was just so much to see within a 4 day span. Cameroon was a great welcoming experience. The owner was great, welcoming and I learned so much about the area just from him.
That’s fantastic. My number is (864) 688-9738. Shoot me a text
So what’s with the DR Horton lawsuit in Easley? Should I be concerned about the DR Horton neighborhood Sudduth Farms? I read they are having drainage issues.
Thanks for the info
Great video & content!
Thank you!
Love greer but roads are terrible there all over this area . Also, 9:26 the toll didn't know about. Love the area regardless. Plan on moving there by next year.thanks fir the awesome info
The SC roads can be something else 😂
Both Greenville and Spartanburg Counties had levied a $25.00 road maintenance fee but this was ruled unconstitutional by the State Supreme Court. Spartanburg is planning to put a penny sales tax for roads referendum on the ballot in November. I don’t know what Greenville’s plans are. Since 1-85 does not go into downtown Spartanburg, it is still necessary to get onto US 29, Wade Hampton Blvd at Greer, Warren Abernathy Hwy at Spartanburg to go into the city unless you go out of the way. There are plans for a rail trail, called Saluda Grade Rail Trail, which will 31 miles long, from Inman in Spartanburg County to Zirconia, NC near Hendersonville. In regards to the toll road, my opinion, Greenville needs an 1-85 bypass as Spartanburg has, as the toll road does not carry a lot of traffic. There are several unflattering UA-cam videos about that toll road.😢
@@orgrichard thanks for this info!
Moving here oooh can't wait ❤
Any location around that area and you can’t lose. The pros will always far outweigh the cons for most. If you are moving to that area from a large metropolitan area than this by choice so no cons. Great area I hope to retire there. 👍👍👍
Do you have any videos on Maulden, Simpsonville area? Thanks
Yeah you should be able to find it on my homepage!
@@gvlrealestate OH ok. I tried looking for Maulden video but couldn't find it.
Hey great videos, what suburb would you recommend for families, where are there the most kids, best HS?
Send me an email at wcsawyerjr@kw.com and let's chat more.
Is there a Costco nearby? I’m looking to relocate to the area, my company is HQ’d in that general area. I need to bring my wife there to check the place out, any recommendations on places to go that will win her over?
For sure. There is a Costco on Woodruff Rd. I think you'd be best served to take her on our tour of Greenville that we offer new clients. That'll definitely win her over. Can you call me/email me and i'll get you set up with Mike? Thanks!!
How is the apartment inventory?
