@@MidwayMayhemChannel Yes I was so impressed. I watched it last night on my TV so I could not see your youtube comment about being allowed to film. I know they always give warnings about filming so I thought you may have had a secret hidden camera which I was so surprised at the quality. Its funny because I went last year and each house can vary each night or year. As you said, there are sometimes shift changes or the actors get tired and parts of them fall flat. Last year the Voodoo maze was my least favorite. It seemed like all the actors went missing or something. But each year the Dark Shadows is my favorite for all the reasons you mention.
I worked at Mortem manor and remember y’all coming in! Unfortunately you came on the night where half of our actors called off and our smoke machine was broken XD does not work in our favor lol
@@MidwayMayhemChannel Yeah I really agree on that. I'm actually a scare actor for the haunt this year. Some of the staff are really dedicated, but others have been really flaky, causing us to have about 6 actors per night instead of 15-18. Sorry you caught us on a bad night.
@@heheheiamasupahflyingace3921 We understand that not every run is going to be 100% and sometimes you just have an "off" night. We thoroughly enjoyed each of the haunts and the actors in each were doing their best with bustiest day of the event. We love PFN and will be back again!
Many of the characters in all the haunts have created backstories, make their own costumes, and poor all their energy into what they do. . I think allot of the opportunity to appreciate all that energy is missed on a single walk through. .
Tbh I think 2018 PFN was better. It had more chainsaws and seemed like it had more actors. The clown area was kinda boring this year too and some of the haunted houses. They needs more actors
I think it's a staffing issue. Kennywood had so many problems with hiring at the start of the regular season this year to the point that mechanics were operating some of the rides.
Tyler Kostich it’s the laziness and staffing, the actors arnt staff on regular season, they needs to hire people that work on regular season for acting because I’m they don’t have enough

We thought it was okay, it was well themed, but could have used more scare actors.

Some of the scenes were cut short, taken out completely due to lightning. You weren't able to see due to the darkness.
