I'm really enjoying your fresh take and style on all things watches...and EDC. Very fun and informative. Keep up the great work Elizabeth, and I'll keep watching.
I am addicted to EDC videos but recently I haven’t found many that I come across very interesting. This is a fresh take on an EDC video that was enjoyable to watch from start to finish. Great work Elizabeth, keep it up!
Elizabeth. I always have a pair of binoculars in the car . I also have an Openel knife and swiss army knife. I carry a Case knife most of the time. I love Openel a lot. Allen Edmonds strandmok are also one of my favorites l am a AE nut 😂. I finally got myself a Oris 🇨🇭 Big Crown Pointer Date. Great video. Cheers Ron
I am slowly shifting solely to Allen Edmonds. Pun intended. Should have gotten those team color strandmocks (was thinking of blue and gold…) when the getting was good! They look awesome. Excellent video and excellent content generally! Thanks for putting out useful and interesting stuff for other “stuff/gear” nerds.
Great video. I love the stylistic tweaks you’ve made to your videos since you’ve come back. It feels like you’ve found a new gear and are better able to express yourself through video. Keep up the amazing work!
A great EDC video Elizabeth. Brilliant editing on this one with the transformations on the different parts. Like you wrist time for me has certainly been Oris Aquis recently shared with more of my Casio watches, mainly my faithful F-91W. I'm not sure why, maybe because its summer who knows. The notebook is another that I try and keep to hand, those ideas that pop out of the brain are so handy to jot down when we think of them. Those knife attachments are also a great idea. Many thanks for sharing.
It's always interesting to see what everyone else has for EDC. Good video. Your editing for this one seems very much like The Iron Snail meets Wes Anderson. Very nice!
Great collection of items and great video‼️ 80s vibe is always a good choice btw 😎 I used to always have a notebook with me but now put notes in my phone and transfer them to a notebook 🤷🏽♂️
I noticed the Douglas lighter. Have you tried/owned an IMCO lighter? They were widely used during WWI. They will burn kerosene, stove oil and lighter fluid. It takes two or more weeks for the fluid to evaporate. The most common type is the IMCO 6700 Triplex Super. They were still in production until just a few years ago. You can still get one for $30 or so.
Boy, you sure carry a lot of stuff E. I was waiting for an impact wrench and a machete to emerge. 😊. I like the functionality of the knife with the ability to add cutlery functionality. Sure beats me searching for sticks that I can use as chopsticks. You need a small high intensity flashlight in that bag. I buy flashlights like Ralphies dad bought fuses, by the gross and eBay sells pretty good ones for a pittance, so when I inevitably lose them, I’m not terribly sad. I use a flashlight all the time when walking my purebred mutt at night. A portable dog bowl that collapses is key as well. We take turns eating out of it. 😅
Awesome breakdown of your everyday tools! Keep up the great content Elizabeth. Always enjoy your videos. Any word on when you’ll get a Longines in your collection of watches? I recently purchased a Spirit 42 with a leather strap. Looking forward to your next video! 😀👍
It isn't often that I have to go back and watch segments of a video a second, or even a third time, but I will be doing that with this one. Honestly, you crammed so much goodness into it, it is amazing. I'm very familiar with Opinel knives, but I had never seen the "picnic set" that you showed. How cool! Gonna have to take notes as I watch because there is a lot to follow up on! Good stuff! Oh, and lastly, but importantly, glad to see some dog time in the video!
I am torn between loving kit, knives, pens, lights, back-up watches, notepads, AirPods, maps, all that makes EDC fun, and enjoying not being encumbered by weighty bags and being out and about with just my keys in my pocket. I probably need a personal assistant to carry the bag for me then. 😂
Oof, yeah those sony A6000 line cameras really don't do well with video TBH, and my GOD they chew batteries! Great for photography, but the video overheat issues are fairly well documented. Might be worth a firmware update if you haven't already BTW. Can't recall which model but at least one has an update that alows you to set the heat limit higher in the menu.
I am surprised you are not carrying a good flashlight. It is the most underrated non-lethal self-defence tool ever. Getting 1,000 lumens in the eyes in the dark is quite painful and debilitating. Gives you plenty of time to run away. There are ton of great options out there.
When did Victorinox stop using stainless steel inlays for their scale logos? What a cheap move that was. Good reason to upgrade to a Leatherman, if they are still doing things properly. Your Opinel needs a #13 for company. Those look like rubbish binoculars. I think it was Pentax who make good mini Porro prism binoculars (‘Papillo’ or something). You don’t need a notebook if you carry a cell phone. Mace? That doesn’t work in movies, why would it work in real life. Self defense items should be lethal, not humane.
Great vid. As always the note book is definitely a must E.D.C i cant leave home with out mine for the same reason if your out and an idea hits you its so nice to have. im a musician so its a must for song writing anywho keep up the great work. 👍

Your video production is off the charts. It really adds a fun layer to your videos.

Glad you enjoyed it!
Shoehorn keychain! WHOA 😮
Your editing is off the chain! Glad I found the channel.
Awesome, thank you!
You had me at EDC. Fun video, saving this one.
This channel deserves 100k subs at the minimum. Your videos are just so well made
Maybe one day!
Love the Hamilton Intra Matic cameos😊
Hello from Savoie ! Vivent les Opinels 👍🏻

Great video. I like the Opinel #8. I'm a knife guy too. I'm looking forward to more watch videos.
Bro the transitions were so fucking cool, and amazing EDC
Interesting video. I've had Opinels on and off for years, but I have never seen that picnic set-too cool! Learn something new every day...🤔😁
No need to remind you of how fantastically done your videos are - just commenting for the algorithm! :)
Fun content, thanks for sharing. BTW, your new bag looks amazing
It really is!

This was an awesome video, major congratulations!! All the best
I bought the large version of your bag specifically because of your review - love it!
Hope you enjoy it!
Excellent selection of items for edc! Just missing the Smith&Wesson Shield 9mm. 😊
It's always interesting to see what everyone else has for EDC. Good video. Your editing for this one seems very much like The Iron Snail meets Wes Anderson. Very nice!
Thanks for watching!
I love my Subaru (Outback) also. I also love your videos.
Thanks 👍
Awesome video, Elle! Among other things, I love my Opinel, SAKs, & BB58 blue.
Good choice!

I also don't go anywhere without my binoculars!

Not yet!
Cool video Elle ❤ like how you include a segment at the end on how you created the video, or the challenges. 😉
Glad you liked it!!
Another fantastic video 😊 all that time you put into it really shows. Also thanks for putting me on to that tactical pen ! I need one in my life 😂
Considering the Hamilton Intramatic Mechanical...on the wire with the dimensions. Hope there's a review coming up.
Wow, great content and quality!

Waiting on your followup video on what else you use that lighter for.... 🤣
Aw I also love the iron snail! Just stumbled upon your channel! Hope your health has improved.
I guess I’m quite minimal. Wallet & phone in pockets. Watch on wrist. Done 😉
Amazing editing! Very creative, how do you only have 13k subs?
Oof, yeah those sony A6000 line cameras really don't do well with video TBH, and my GOD they chew batteries!

Very nice kit 😊
I think so too!
that batman face.......... kudos you win the internet for today lol
Nice stuff. Have you looked into Laguiole knives? They're much more expensive than Opinel but beautiful. Especially the ones from Forge de Laguiole.
I will check it out
You have gotten pretty good making these videos.
Glad you like them!
@@elizabeth_grant I really do, and you are also very beautiful😍
What desktop monitor do you use? It looks amazing!
EDC is often associated with prepping/disaster preparedness. Are you into that?
I am subscribed with the bell even😮😂😊

If you had to pick just one mechanical watch for your edc?
Thousand MileS boots, FieldS Notes, oh well
mistakes happen 🫠
I put 300k on my Subaru Outback. Oh the places it took me!
Which panda were you wearing throughout the video?
Hamilton Intra-matic.
Are knives and mace in purses (or pockets) considered concealed carry?
OK, I’m confused about the Hamilton Intra-Matic on your wrist. I thought you sold that. Did you buy another one?
Tried to sell it, ran into a huge hiccup, still have it.
@@elizabeth_grant That’s unfortunate about the hiccup, but that is a fantastic watch! Glad you still have it.
Was that a Tudor Chronograph panda at the beginning of the video?
I presume you are an American. Do you have a concealed carry permit? Even if you don't carry, it is nice to have the option.
I know you probably bought that opinel because of Tristano (urban gentry) hahaha, I did too.
Pennsylvania gang rise up! 😂
What does EDC stand for? I’m not that hip I guess…
Every Day Carry
*I have yet to see an EDC list include a pistol.* *_Not politically correct enough, I suppose._*
I don't have a conceal carry permit.
@@elizabeth_grant *Required where you are? Not for my state of citizenship. I recommend getting the permit if you're willing & can.*
First.

And your batteries are not carried safely. They should not be rummaging along side metallic items.
... I just don’t understand it. You are clearly missing a mirror...
i don't like an 80s vibe casio. absolutely not
Great vid. As always the note book is definitely a must E.D.C i cant leave home with out mine for the same reason if your out and an idea hits you its so nice to have. im a musician so its a must for song writing anywho keep up the great work. 👍
Right on!
I need that knife!
you need a collapsible baton
