Barrass for a future 1st 2nd and 3rd round is brilliant. It was originally going to be just pick 14 in 2024. Problem is that if the Eagles try to get into the first round then they'll have to cough up a couple of those picks anyway.
Freo offered 11 for Baker , Overall upon reflection a decent trade period by wce gained 3 experienced players and added picks for next year whilst staying in the first round of this draft
And we got a pick 14 and future 3rd with him and who know maybe we can use that for Warner next year or the pick 14 and future 3rd will be one of are best player
I’m an Eagles man… I think there was 98% chance he was going to Freo… 1% chance staying at Tiges, 1% chance we got him to the coasters as an absolute fluke I wasn’t surprised at all, dockers did well here
For 5 minutes I believed in the fantasy of “he might become an Eagle because of McQualter!!” but i was in an bias Eagle nuffy mindset lol… i shook off that delusion shortly after though. Freo would never have let the Shai trade slip off
Eagles are always conservative and do nothing at trade period. This year they brought in Pyke and Clarke and got new recruiters and list managers, and they got active. I'm not convinced with Owies. But they wouldn't have got Graham without Baker (and vice versa). So both need to be thought of in the discussion about the Carlton trade, otherwise its disingenuous. We were always going to trade pick 3 for two draft picks. Ideally we would have got a little bit extra back in the Baker deal but we have got overs in the Barrass deal. But unfortunately if we try to get another in the first round this year, then we may be giving up first and second round pick to get another good first round pick this year. I'd be dealing with Richmond to get it done.

Can only assume wce took a future first to package up with their own first rounder next year to get Warner
We're crossing our fingers
Hawks will slide next year and not finish in the 8, reminiscent of the Dockers and Saints that over achieved then dropped !
Tigers paying 1.02 for back to back wooden spoons next season surely
Isn’t Warner coming to WCE next year?! Please 🙏
PLEASE
Can we re draft hammer 🦅
👀
Why does Hammer hate Dan? Always so uncomfortable when on the couch at the same time
He doesn't, lol
@@BackChat you can say that but its so cold when on together
Young Backman capable of 31schoe his name Clancy Dennis 😊
