Not quite.. opulent yes.. but sense of space is mixed. some areas feel overdone. it's got a lot of bold designs but feels too much has been cramped into one plot design. if the same structure was built with double floor area perhaps more spacious feel.
But to each his own. That's the beauty of design, some may like others not as much.
but kudos having pulled of so much within a compact plot area

The double level bedroom ingenious idea of space utilization....in luv with it...and the waterflow in bar counter sooo dam clever....evry lil space has been exploited by the architect and his team...sir, your client is lucky to hav u design their home👍🏼

A master at his work. Hypocrisy oozes out of hater's because they don't have skills to back their fake ego. Horacio Pagani, the attention to detail that he has in his cars, the use of aluminium in the interiors, to the switches, bloody perfectionist. There's a waiting list on his cars and the prices start at million+ and it appreciates once bought. But, can he speak English. NO! He speaks Spanish and Italian, understands English, but can't speak much. Is he ridiculed for that? No. There are hundreds of more examples of exemplary craftsmen who can't speak English, but do well for themselves. You fucking miserable hypocrites can go bask in your low self worth and esteem.

Im so moved with the talent of the architect that i literally find myself commenting naturally, im sure you must have had one happy client with so much thought and creation gone in this beautiful modern home. This Literally proves that indians have so much talent and this is luxury done so well. usually indian homes are all about vaastu and space constraint but this is gorgeous. In loss of words the daughters room is my favourite so is the bar with the water body.

Fantastic house, and an epitome of understated elegance. Bewitching art and sculptures sprinkled though out the house. I felt the serenity and peace as if they were built into this house. Such a wonderful architect with an eye for beauty. Soothing, neutral colors. In the setting, even the dead and dried ever-green tree came back to life. Extraordinary use of carefully chosen living trees as if they were natural sculptures. Words fail me to express what a well conceived, planned and executed project this is. The final result is just spectacular.

BOLD and HANDSOME. The architecture and the choices and refreshing & courageous. Miles apart from the same old town houses we are so used to see in Delhi. Kudos to the team and the owners for creating a landmark.
The wall with human sculptures at 8:36 looks a lot like the fountain inside Dubai Mall . Overall, a very futuristic looking house . Only a very skilled architect can design such a spacious property in the middle of a bustling city.

Should show you my 297.0 sq in cardboard house. Got the ps4 with the flatscreen with an extension cord running from the church next door. It's a pretty nice set up. Super eco friendly.
