Thank you Tim, it means a lot getting a review from you .. I am a big fan of your work as well .., I rarely miss your videos .. keep up the great work too ..

@@WMCS 😂, sometimes it works for me to use a pipe key size 16/17 to remove that long thread. But most of the times they are stuck and then comes the grinder... 🙄
This one looks like a relatively clean strip down .. Noticed that it has the pressed steel wishbone arms that allow some clubbing with a hammer.. Unlike ANY of the diesels which all have forged arms which don't have the lip to club against.. What I hate about these is the dark arts self adjusting clutch cable... Which cost an arm and a leg...
I wanted to replace the cable. But it could only be purchased from Peugeot., like you’ve mentioned cost a little fortune. Nonetheless it was a nice repair this one. Compared to the diesel version which is on the channel if you have a look.
Hola de nuevo , me olvidé de preguntarte , lo que sacaste en el minuto 14 , es con contrapesos? , Acá en Argentina ningún vehículo de esa marca o de otra , trae algo así . 🤷🤙
Can I ask is this the same as a 06 partner? Think my clutch is on its way out and was going to try and do it myself. This video is great for teaching. Thank you for putting up great content
It’s water repellant white grease. .,, if not applied the bearing tends to seize up and doesn’t come out easy over time .., so I try and think ahead for the next person.

Should I remove the bumper for that ?
Thanks

Hi kev, What kind of punch is that you use to take the drivesshaft out the hub ?
Hi Kyle .., I made this punch out of an old gearbox lever arm .., it does the job nicely..
Nice work, respect. I'll be replacing the clutch on the same model. How many liters of oil go into the gearbox?
I think it’s about 2.8L

Hi mate, how much Nm you need to close the clutch bolts and the gearbox bolts?
Another thing I've noticed on my argentiniab Peugeot Partner is that the kind of base mount for the gearbox of min 12:13 is not in my car
Hi love the video
How long das a Berlingo normal take
And what is the cleaner you use in the spray bottle
Thanks
This one took about 4 hrs. Brake cleaner.
Gracias
I’ve got a 1.9 any chance you cover the south coast 😅 mines in the process of going 😢
Where do you jack it back up from the sump ?
Always from underneath the gearbox .,, it’s less risky
@@WMCS is it safe to remove the jack from the sump after the gearbox is removed?
Kyle Mclachlan always use an axle stand placed on the end of the gearbox when shifting the jack over.

what is the grease/paste you use at 55:24?
