What struck me most about this video is the incredible engineering behind these machines, particularly the Liebherr R9800. It’s astounding that such a massive excavator can be disassembled and reassembled on-site. However, it also raises questions about the environmental implications of such large-scale mining operations. While efficiency and productivity are essential, what about the long-term effects on the environment and local communities? Are these machines pushing the boundaries of what’s sustainable in mining? I think we need to have a broader discussion about the responsibilities of companies when deploying such powerful equipment. What do you all think?
*From startup to shutdown, this machine orchestrates a seamless technological ballet, where every operation, no matter how intricate, is executed with the grace of a seasoned dancer on a virtual stage.*
If you had the chance to work with a massive mining truck, hauling hundreds of tons of minerals over rough terrain, would you feel like a hero? How would it feel to command something so enormous?
Those cat wheeldozers seem to have very little functionality. Why not just use a conventional wheel loader with a bucket/some sort of dozer attachment?
Specialization is a good way to achieve higher efficiency! It's likely that the two machines aren't inherently two dissimilar; however, slight tweaks and changes in design ensure maximum productivity for one task or the other.
Looks to me like the only benefit , which would be a great benefit, is that you have a dozer on rubber tires and save thousands of $$$$ vs steel tracks that get quite pricey to repair or replace.
About the Cat AD63 that design is about 23 years old because Atlas Copco Wagner Mining Equipment Co came up with it originally as a 45 ton underground mining truck for the Australia market. How I know because I worked on the first prototype in the late 90’s. Then after mixed results they sold the rights of the truck design but they did not tell who purchased it , But we all believe it was Caterpillar. Sandvik also builds a truck of that design philosophy to.
@@user-3tf67bk46u I can believe that because our truck when put into operation in Australia I saw pictures of trucks on their sides outside the mineshaft portal exit. The engine torque and high center of gravity and being front end heavy on the nose can make that occur
I worked in a mine in germany on a komatsu wa600 wheeloader. Isnt that special if youre on the machines every day. Also drove the komatsu hd 405 and some other stuff. Mines are pretty dangerous aswell for the money you earn and dont forget the dust every day, your lungs are not able to get rid of it even if the machines have filters theres always dust coming in
The sheer size of these mining machines is truly awe-inspiring. It's hard to imagine the scale of these machines without seeing them in person.

The precision of these machines is unreal.

Mining machines must endure harsh conditions. Do you know how manufacturers design these machines to withstand such extreme environments?
Super. Keep on. Malaysia
Excellent video !!!!
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it :)
फारच आश्चर्य कारक आहे.चला आपण पृथ्वी कुरतडू या.
C'est super vraiment
Super
Good view thanks
Just imagine japanese,German and American engineering combined💪💪
That's what a black hole is
it already exists. it's called French engineering

Kilogram foot meters? Really?
Thank you so much
*That arm on the Hitachi resembles my right arm... it's a powerhouse. 😅*
Anh hát bằng cả trái tim bảo sao mà cứ ngọt lịm như vậy. Bài nào cũng cảm xúc luôn
About the really big trucks of 400 tons, it would be interesting to see where they unload and how the process thereafter begins …
Eu fico asustado com o tamanho desse maquinário de hoje!
These machines are massive and i like them
Wow. . .incredible really great amazing😅😅😅
This the thing i like to see every day

These are all Australian mines.
I like this powerful machines

Wow. Big machines. What about the bager digging machine?
Superbe mégas chargeur et camion j’aime 👍
Is the repair & maintenance of this machine economicsl st all??
A cat D4? Are you serious? Small road crews around here run D6K's. How about at least a D11T?

Great channel but the amount of ads is ridiculous.
i would love the chance to operate the big shovel.
I would just watch TV all day if I wanted too but things half to get done time is always be there no time for rest
The only thing i dont like about these videos is that all the measurements is described in the metric system not everyone knows them
I know what you mean I think the metric system is stupid anyways
That arm on the Hitachi looks like my right arm.... it's a beast.😅
ARM???? MIJN VINGER☝🤣

Cmon man you can do better than that
Welcome back to the 60’s

Holy, the narrator has no idea what he is actually reading haha

BOAHHH......Nice Photoshop.............
Narrate someone who knows what hes talking about!!
Yet again the videos are good. But....
Obviously he is reading from a brochure and hasn't got a clue about any machine what's so ever.
Is there any problem with it? I mean what we did wrong in that video.
Still say I'm right... Best to watch with the sound muted... But.. They are still great videos
@@-sawal He's implying that these mines are American but they are all actually Australian.
We generally refer to the machines if we ever say the country of origin.
Heck of a oil change.

Pronouncing word differently leads confusion. Use hundreds if it is in hundredths. Use thousand if it is in thousandths
