Thank you ROS for this excelent video. I had my diagnosis of Osteoporosis, last May, and I was really scare, since I´m a very active woman and I have a live a healthy life ( no smoke, no drink, natural food , good sleep no other ilness) . Now I can breath better...

I've had a spinal fracture as a result of severe osteoporosis . I'm in pain a year on . Thanks for the video.
