my husband bought a Singers Futura XL-400. a few weeks ago. I have been looking for a installation software for this machine. it is useless without the software. it came with the container for a cd and nothing inside. how can I locate a cd to get started. I'm starting to believe that this was a demo machine as several other things was missing. nothing that I cant find and replace. not like the cd.. this just stops everything. can someone help me locate a cd that will not cost a arm and a leg? I need a cd for singer future xl-400 software installation for windows 10.
My son ordered this machine for us a couple weeks ago and the cd was missing as well! I called Singer and they sent me a cd which took 10 days to arrive. Seeing that your comment was posted a year ago, I sincerely hope you were able to resolve your missing cd/items issue.

Hola, donde te encuentras ubicada? A mi me dieron 3 cd, aun no lo he instalado pero me trajo 3
Pudiste conseguir el cd?? Aun no he podido usar el bordado por falta de driver
