Love this bloke. A gentleman, a family man and a credit to the sport. Hopefully he will overcome his injuries and demons and play to his potential again.
getting through the birth of his kids, marriage, getting healthy at 35, wouldn't count this guy out, he's still got game. He's been through some major milestones in life, should be a little easier now, if he can stay healthy. Absolutely a fan of Jason Day, from San Diego, Ca.
8 , 11, 16 , 21, cut , 18th. These are his last 5 tournament results. Many of these , especially last week, he was in the mix early. This week after day 1 he is 4 under after shooting 7 birdies. That is by no means a playing career done and dusted.
Then goes 5th at Phoenix and T9 at Genesis. From 175 OWGR to 46 in 9 starts. 12th on the 2023 moneylist at $2.5 Million USD from 10 starts. Very ill-timed UA-cam video. Jason "Doom" Day goes to Jason "Boom" Day.
@@ethanhare8026 yeah , day was never gone . He will never dominate again, but compared to 100 other guys that get a run every week and are never in the mix , he is on fire .
He is so incredibly gifted, back issues will derail a golfer's swing. Anyone with back issues will undestand that. Good luck Jason, hope you start winning soon.
Compelling story of real life, and the things that happened to all of us. Celebrities get more attention, but this is very common amongst all of us at work and lives.
He's T15 through 3 rounds of the Farmers Golf Tournament at -4, so he still has a lot of game. As long as his back holds up then yes, he will win again - maybe this year.
Glad I fast forwarded through this. Got to write this one off as CLICKBAIT. Sounds like Jason Day had some of the same issue many of us experienced in life. I wish the man well in his future.
This dude is the real deal. He’s not done. Rooting for you Jason! You go mate!
Way goodbye to the gigantic idiot Jason Day.

I am definitely a fan of Jason Day and wish him everything positive in his life
Played well in the last tournament. I’m a Queenslander as well and I wish him all the best, I don’t think his golf days are done.

His story is one of inspiration, he keeps going, and he never gives up.

Just had a seventh place finish last week, hopefully he will create some momentum and have a few wins soon, such a lovely bloke.
I can remember when Day called Woods and ask him how handle being ranked #1 in the World!
He's T15 through 3 rounds of the Farmers Golf Tournament at -4, so he still has a lot of game. As long as his back holds up then yes, he will win again - maybe this year.
Just tied for 7th in a very stacked field at the Farmer’s Open this week so that’s got to give him some renewed confidence.
I hope his long term prospects will be as a coach for young players rising up from difficult beginnings.
He is a great role model.
