Education is important and it's available for a fraction on the price Rob Dix has written some great books on property investment. He also has Property Hub website where you can learn it all for free. Jamie York also has some great videos on UA-cam. Most importantly you have to have the right mindset and be ready to go all in.
@@DJTeji1 Yes, Mindset is very important, but people who attend these type of courses have a temporarily false mindset due to the NLP used at the event. I have some of Robs books. Theres many ways to educate yourself without paying thousands to a training company. Thanks for commenting.
I'm part of the Samuels academy, and its absolutely fantastic. Watch the debate with him and Adam Lawrence. So many people I know on the academy doing absolutely brilliant. The network and community is well worth it.
Hi Craig, that's good to hear. Some people will always do well because they take action. It's the people who like the idea of being wealthy but won't put the work in and expect it to be as easy as the trainer makes it sound to sell the training that get sucked in.
Fair points, but NLP is ubiquitous in the marketing and sales industry. It's practically synonymous with sales these days. Do you think Coca Cola or McDonalds or any other high street name spend billions on marketing because they love us? Coca Cola was once accused of using subliminal messaging in its own marketing. I can also understand if he doesn't want cameras in the event, as if it gets on social media there's no point going to the event and it would harm his business. I wouldn't want it either if it were my business. I'm not sure about the idea that they are all being manipulated because it assumes people are idiots or dupes, rather than rational actors who are capable of making free choices. Even if people do end up opting in to something they later regret, that's how we learn to be less naive and become more discerning in future.
The issue with these type of "courses" is that they work on the attendees all day. It's very different to a McDonald's ad which is just a snapshot. I have been to similar events where everyone is actually asked to stand up and share the event on social media. Very different!
I went to the one in Manchester and after he created the mad rush to buy his course it was followed by lunch break, I decided not to go back to tge last bit after lunch, it was interesting to see how he operates.

In London the rush to the back was late afternoon. Lots of them though.
