How would you say it compares to the Merz B Schwanen 2S14? The weight is pretty similar, the ethos is similar and the fit looks very similar, and I can't say enough good things about the Merz B. Thanks for another great vid!
Good point actually. I think Merz B has them on the price point. Both are incredible shirts. What I love about this WL fabric is how it has softened up like a blanket. Although its a heavy AF shirt it's evolved into a soft beast. As yet, my Merz B one hasn't. Though admittedly I've not work that 2S14 as much.
It would cost me as much as 3 premium adidas originals tshirts to buy one of these. Not sure the price difference is justified. At least in India. And it might even be more considering customs duties.
I wouldn't be surprised if they expand the lineup and colours in the future. They seem to be listening to their customers on products and what people wants.
I’ve got both. Wonder Looper, while heavier, is more loosely woven, so stretches a bit more at the pinch points. You can size down in the Wonder Looper for a more fitted look. But with the Iron Heart I couldn’t get my shoulders into the smaller size as it stretched so little.
I've only got a 6.5oz IH tee. Not had a chance to check out the 11oz as yet so cannot really comment. Though my 6.5 seems a really weird cut, it doesn't sit on my correctly and I cannot pinpoint why.
I got mine yesterday. Usually i prefer ringspun/loopwheeler Tees. But I got a Samurai that Cameron also showed on YT. It has sideseams as well as the Wonder Loopers. It is great, but i costs about 115-125€. Thats a high Price
My Tezo shirt is holding up well. They are a 'looser' type of weave i find, but the collar remains super tight and the fit is really good. Undyed would be great too
Oh man, on paper these are my dream t-shirts... the collar just looks slightly too low. Seeing way too much trapezius and from behind it doesn't look flattering to my eye, which would only be exacerbated if you wanted to size up. Please, Wonder Looper, closer to the neck!
Agree with this, i prefer a tighter neck. Iron Heart makes a similar heavy tshirt with a tighter crewneck at 11 ounces I believe. Have to be honest that i rarely wear mine because I just find it too thick and uncomfortable for a tshirt.
Really? I've found mind has softened up big time. I mentioned it feels like a blanket and it's no exaggeration. Though, its personal to everyone I guess. IH for me just doesn't sit right, I have one 6.5oz IH and its all over the place in terms of fit.
I have two and the issue I have with them is they are too short, raise your arms and your stomach is on show. The xxl is more a large - overall they are thick to the point of being stiff and uncomfortable
Looks like you went with a Large? What’s your chest measurement for comparison?? And did you hang dry the shirt after the wash?? Any shrinkage?? Thanks!
Hey Jason, I am usually a 40-42 chest. I usually go with 42in chest (Large) on almost everything and was a perfect Large in this shirt. After washing I layed it somewhat flat on those clothes horse/airer things. I usually ensure it is over 3 -4 steps at least. Takes too long to dry over one bar and leaves a crease. No shrinkage on mine either. Enjoy mate
I need t shirts i can take on holiday, i always seem to get sun cream on them no matter how hard i try. I love this t shirt but feel its out of my price range as with most loopwheel items and they are very hard to find in sale :(
Thanks for watching. I might try and do a third episode of the best t-shirts money can buy. If you've not seen my last two go back and have a look. A lot of great options in there.
@@CameronO thanks man, we about the same measurements so it helps a lot lol. Glad to see a Japanese T shirt with a good length to it. You should look into House of Blanks. They make some good stuff
$122 T shirt? made of cotton? have you ever heard the saying: "cotton kills"? for an active lifestyle where i live (california) lightweight, synthetic t shirts are the best by far. if you are clothes horse or hipster yeah pay $122 for a t shirt
The best tees for year round use are made from a blend of merino wool and ployamide ( nylon) like those from Woolpower but 100 % cotton tees are especially useful in the warm weather. Nothing wrong with finding the best versions of cotton tees aka loopwheel ones!
I've never heard "cotton kills", cotton gets a lot more interesting when you take into account its not all the same with various staple qualities for the spinning in regards to textile quality, from Pima cotton to the majority of denim(all the Oz weights) its still cotton. Just the expensive stuff takes time to make and this shirt is built like a tank and unless you're getting into sashiko repairs and darning then this shirts cost per wear might be ludicrous
the rest of ya'll should like this comment if you want Cameron to review that plush elephant in the background
😂. It really is nothing special. But, if you say so hah

I love my Wonderlooper shirt. I’ve also got a couple of their fox fiber crew neck sweatshirts.
The crew neck's are great. I want another as I've only got the hoody version.
Love their heavy hoodie, this would the next for me (waiting for the white to restock :) Too bad they don't produce the T in beige color

How does it compare to the Iron Heart 11oz tee? I got it recently and it feels like wearing a sweater.

Nice work dude, thinking about getting the tezoyama undyed. I've got the warehouse loopwheeled T, would you says it's just as nice? Thanks

A lot of good information. However, I don’t think anyone should do a shirt review without some sizing info. Especially for shirts made in Japan.
Size?
Have you tried Reigning Champ for tees and hoodies?
Yo, what’s the status on your vibergs?! Update!
Can do a video. Though on the face of it they don't look too different than the last vid.
Cameron never replies to comments 😢
He does!

Sunray Sportswear I managed to get two of their loopwheel t-shirts in the sale for less than 1 heavyweight wonder looper
Have u tried the dubble works 9oz ultra heavy loop wheel tee? Looks like good value
Hey Preston, I haven't but thank you for the heads up. I hadn't heard of them before!
Another awesome vid! Seems like Wonderlooper does things everyone does, in a way that no one does.
Quite simple isn't it! They push the boundaries. Very keen to see what they brew up next!
Hi Cameron. I know the video was just about this particular tee, but I think a comparison to other high end tees would have been a great addition.

I agree. I love this t-shirt so much, and also the hoodie. It's heavy but also soft :D
what hoodie did you get?
@@PyroClitThe double heavyweight french terry hoodie, I have 3 and I love them.
@@dhanslee thanks man. I have been hunting for one but its soldout every where. did you bought it directly from WL?
As you have a untoned small frame body type (very narrow shoulders) and should wear long sleeves shirt more often than T-shirts.
Anyone know if they have any stockists in the UK?
Hey there. Yep. Jeanstore.co.uk ;)
How easy are they to get into the UK?
Jeanstore have them as do Working Title. So should be all good :)
which size is yours?
I'm a large in this one.

1) Heavy does not necessarily mean better or more durable
2) Heavy T-Shirts by definition are not very versatile
Review seems heavily biased
